When I started seeing Barry as I stated before I didn't know what to expect. I have still seen him almost weekly since my first review. He has helped me through loss, family issues, personal anxieties, as well as the stress of a wedding!! He was there prior to the proposal through the planning and even was a guest at the wedding. The days where I felt like I couldn't even bear it, I'd find myself calling him and asking him to fit me in which he always did. He got me to this point. Happily married now almost two weeks with the tips and methods to keep me calm through everything. He is without a doubt someone who I couldn't thank enough. The best part is that now when I am panicked I can imagine our sessions. For example, I am not a fan of the ocean. The other day my husband and I agreed to snorkel even though I was terrified. I could feel my heart racing my breathing as well. I was struggling in the water not enjoying any moment of it. I took a minute and used the techniques he taught me to calm myself down.
