Upon return to the car I thought I'd locked myself out, so I called J Lock and Key...Arne showed up within 15 minutes, opened the car...and I discovered there was no key in there. Arne got out a flashlight, helped me look all around the car, but still, no keys! I was about to get very upset - this was a huge problem (towing to dealership, new key made, week long hotel in a town I'm not living in, who knows? It was looking bad, and very expensive). It was also about to get dark. It seemed perhaps the key could only have fallen out on the little river trail...which didn't seem appealing to search in the dark, as it was not the best part of town. But, not only did Arne offer to help me look on the trail because it wouldn't have been safe alone and even though I'd interrupted their evening, his wife hopped out of the truck and helped too!! Who does that!? They were so wonderful! And, then, after some searching, we found the key after all, along the trail. They refused any extra compensation, and left me feeling really good about people, and this company. I'd use them whenever needed for sure -if I lived there!
