The numerous letters left on your door stating they need to enter your unit for one reason or another. They claim they dont allow pets but there are dogs all over the place. (I had to give mine up) the roach infestation is rediculous!!! the apartments are a nice size and they are affordable but you definitely get what you pay for. The residents are less than desirable unless u like being rudely awakened by their fighting (which they do take outside for everyone to hear) or their car stero blasting in the parking lot so they can have their getty"s(drinking/smoking- u can guess what) till the wee hours of the night. This is supposed to be a gated community but the gates are broken so they're always open. SECURITY - HA!!!! .They paint this picture of perfect living when infact this is nothing but an upscale SLUM. False Advertisement and Misleading Reviews -- Beware Before Moving In…read more I prayed before writing this because I wanted to speak truthfully, not out of anger. My experience at Vista Sur Apartments has been deeply disappointing and has affected my family's mental health. We have experienced racism, prejudice, and disrespect -- not from residents, but from management. The only positive part of this community is Maintenance Supervisor Sergio and his team. They are professional, responsive, and genuinely care about residents. Unfortunately, the management here has made this one of the worst experiences we've ever had. We've lived and traveled all over the world and never seen this level of mismanagement or disregard. We've never been late on rent, yet we're treated unfairly. True luxury means freedom, safety, and respect -- not micromanagement or intimidation. Management does not understand community or quality service. The property has constant issues: * Broken doors and ringing fire alarms * Garbage chutes jammed and hallways smelling of urine and marijuana * The pool works only a few months per year * Elevators frequently out of order * Insufficient parking for residents * Homeless individuals entering restrooms and washing in the pool area * My car's hubcap was stolen on-site Even worse, tenants who express legitimate concerns are denied lease renewals -- a possible Fair Housing violation. To add insult to injury, false five-star reviews are being posted by management and their associates, misleading potential tenants. This is false advertising and not a reflection of what truly goes on here. Vista Sur is not luxury. It's mismanaged, stressful, and unsafe. I hope higher management or ownership takes action, because residents deserve honesty, respect, and peace of mind.
