I'm sure Dr. Keezer is good at chiropractic, but the body wrap was the worst experience I have ever had. The building is very, very, frigid, the infrared sauna never got warm enough to warm me up for this experience. It was just miserable, like all the windows were open. Or, maybe no heat in the building! But wait! There is more! I left with the worst body rash from the wrap. I called the office a couple times before the doctor finally returned my call. His solution? take an oatmeal bath!! I felt and looked like I had stepped out of a hornets nest. .I ended up at the walk in clinic, and am still trying to get over it. It turns out, while they do "test" your skin for allergic reaction to the lotion they PLAN to apply for the wrap, they used a totally different combination on me, which I'm sure had alot to do with the end results. What did they do to correct their negligence, or minimize the damage? NOTHING! Not the best way to spend $89.... I have had many professional body wraps, at professional spas, and believe, this one does NOT qualify as acceptable. Save your money! read more

Dr. Keezer has been wonderful to me. I came in with an acute skiing injury and was able to get a same day appointment and treatment. He's always listened to me when I say I'm in pain or feel like I'm having trouble in a specific part of my back. Dr. Keezer understands that I have a physically demanding job and hobbies and works with me to keep me able to perform at the level I want by incorporating exercises and stretches to target my problem areas. He's always willing to adjust my treatment routine if something is painful or if I feel like I'm not getting enough out of it. Really have just had a wonderful experience with this office. My PCP recommended Dr. Keezer to help me with my chronic vertigo. Going to see Dr Keezer was one of the BEST things I have done to get my vertigo in check. He worked with me on exercises and recommended a supplement. I have been vertigo free for over four months now and loving every minute of it. Dr. Keezer has also helped me with some injuries that have occurred over the years. The exercises he has taught me has been a HUGE help. Kathy, his office manager, is also very knowledgeable and helps me with anything that I need, she is incredibly sweet. BE CARFUL !!! about this center " wrong diagnosis and charging extra" . After I checked with 2 other doctors , I understand I have not any problem in my spine and this doctor's Diagnosis was wrong. And the Secretary ( Cathi) Gave me wrong information about my insurance coverage. unfortunately I trust them and they charge me $150 for services that she has said my insurance will cover %100 of that. After they charged me, she told " I never said this!" And she was so rude with me on phone and hung up the phone! I paid the Whole amount but I'm upset about what happened for me, It was Really unprofessional and irresponsible. I don't recommend this place to any one. read more

Dr Keezer and Kathy have been amazing with my son who was hit by a car in front of their office. Kathy was quick to call 911 and Dr Keezer stayed with him until paramedics arrived. I was in a car accident two years ago and have been going to The Back Pain Relief Center on and off for the past year and love it. Dr. Keezer and Kathy are great! Their office has a home-family feel to it and their team really cares about their patients. I originally found this business on Yelp as it was close to my work. I was in extreme pain one day and called their office. I was impressed that they were able to take me within the same hour and they accepted my insurance. Kathy, the Office Manager, is always extremely friendly on the phone and in person. Regardless of how busy the office is, she maintains a bubbly, happy personality which is refreshing after a busy, hectic work day. Dr. Keezer is extremely caring and knowledgeable about chiropractic care. He is great at easing my neck and back pain. Additionally, supplement to my office visits, Dr. Keezer has given me at-home exercises to strengthen my neck and back; which serves as a great way for me to loosen the tension in my neck and back in between visits. As a side note, the office promotes all natural products to promote healthy living. I use their natural supplements for pain relief and their amazing Bio-Freeze product which is basically like Icy-Hot without the lasting aroma. Love this place! I have seen multiple chiros, PTs, massage therapists, you name it. None of their treatment compares to that of Dr. Keezer's. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the treatment plans are comprehensive. They are not a pop and stop keep coming back chiropractor. They don't want you to need to be seen every week.
