Toasted s'mores ice cream w/ added oreos

The Baked Bear Webster was the perfect place for my family to enjoy a sweet treat after dinner nearby. Who doesn't love a personalized ice cream sandwich?! Despite it being a Sat night, the staff was able to accommodate a big rush of people efficiently. Service on point. The interior isn't huge, but somehow we still got a table for a big group of us. We tried a variety of their flavors and different combinations, but my favorite was their gooey butter cake and cookie monster cookies with toasted s'mores ice cream, coated in oreos, and hot pressed. The cookies get warm, the ice cream is creamy, and surprisingly it's not too sweet at all. The Baked Bear Webster is a great addition to the Webster area. I want to come back to try the brownies next time as a base. We'll be coming back with family and friends for many future visits I'm sure. Enjoy y'all!

The Cookie Monster cookie was very yum yum yum! It's a blue cookie with w/white chocolate chips, Oreo, and cookie crisps. There were so many fun looking cookies, it was hard to pick just one! The team members were very patient and helpful. The real Cookie Monster would be proud!

Ever since I tried Baked Bear in San Diego, I've been meaning to try the Baked Bear near me and I'm so glad I finally made a visit! I made an ice cream sandwich with chocolate chip and cookie monster cookies with toasted s'mores ice cream and topped with Oreos. For as indulgent as my creation was, it wasn't overly sweet (a major compliment for every Asian's taste buds)! I also tried their cookie butter ice cream and cake batter cookie, which paired so nicely together. For as busy as they were on a Saturday evening, my family and I were able to find a table to enjoy our treats at. The staff was friendly and the store was very inviting. Would recommend!

I've been here probably four times, and even when the line is long, the service is fast. Delicious ice cream options with a very clean and hip vibe to the place. Prices are more than at other ice cream shops, but the cookies make it worth it in my opinion. I fall for the Cookie Monster and the mud slide ice cream. Plus they have flavors of the month!

Sweet as can be! Expensive but YUMMY. Service was fast. Didnt eat there, brought it home to use as a birthday cake substitute.

After a long day at the waterpark, decided to treat the family to a sweat treat. Ran across this place on Yelp randomly and thought it looked good. Turned out it was excellent. You can create your own sandwich with cookie or brownie and ice cream. You can get a bowl with a cookie or brownie and ice cream or just get ice cream and cookie plain. Wonderful place. Seems like it's locally owned which is even better as when we travel we do try to eat local.

I don't have a huge sweet tooth, but when I get the urge...ice cream sandwiches are on top of my list! Glad this place isn't closer to my house or is probably be here a lot more often. This shopping center is very crowded. So many restaurants, stores, and the Scout Bar concert venue. So jump on the best spot you can. Right when you walk in the staff will great you and walk you through all the different options you have. Feel free to get a taster of anything before you commit. You can even get a different top and bottom cookie and split the sandwich in 2 if desired. No request is too crazy. COOKIE. MONSTERS. ONLY.

We were in the area and looking for a dessert spot after dinner. This was a delicious option! Baked Bear sells unique ice cream cookie sandwiches. You customize the cookie and ice cream in the middle. There are many options to choose from - we chose the cookie monster cookie on top, cookies and cream ice cream, with a cookies and cream bottom. Delicious! It's on the pricey end. The total cost was ~$8, but it is a lot of sugar. This is definitely a dessert that could be split with another person.

I was happy to try a new dessert place since there aren't a lot of options around. I got the cookie mister cookie and the cookie dough ice cream. It was very sweet but it's to be expected sugar on top of sugar. The staff was friendly and helpful since it was my first time. It was a cute little shop small it does it purpose. However the ice cream had a weird aftertaste which was odd maybe it was the base of the ice cream who knows.

A fairly new establishment in the shopping center -- if you could call it that -- on Egret Bay near NASA Parkway, The Baked Bear looks to give Baskin Robbins down the road a run for its money. I came here yesterday after a really nice dinner with my friend and her son at Gen Korean BBQ. Given that it was a Friday night, a long yet quick-moving line formed right close to the entrance. Soon, we were giving our orders at the counter. So it's apparent that the big draw here are the ice cream sandwich(es). Two actual cookies serve as the bread while the filling consists of, you guessed it, ice cream. Let me tell you, a cookies 'n cream and chocolate chip sandwich is the ideal sweet ending to a night of grilling and laughs. Nevermind that we ate our treats outside with the temperature struggling to get out of the 50s. I straight up enjoyed mine. Per the blue neon sign here, cookie monsters are welcome here. I'm pretty certain the actual Cookie Monster would feel at home because C IS FOR COOKIE!

You'd think with the amount of times I been there that I would've taken a pic of my cookie delights. But undoubtedly that's because they're so good I just immediately dig in to them. You can do whatever combination of cookies and toppings you like. I especially like the texture of the cookies. They're soft and chewy and don't get soggy once the ice cream melts. This is a great little ice cream shop! It's a build your own ice cream sandwich place! But if you don't want an ice cream sandwich, there are other options. I had snickerdoodle cookies with butter cookie ice cream. It was delicious. We were greeted as we entered and walked through the process. The shop itself was very cute, with plenty of seating, and a water dispenser in case you don't want to buy a drink. It also wasn't terribly expensive. Omg I love this place. I've had dreams of a place like this for years, but never seen one in person. The cookies are always warm and they have plenty of different ice cream flavors. I went to see what all the hype was about. Definitely worth it! The icecream was super creamy and the cookies were crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. I got a cookie sandwhich that had the Blueberry Crumble flavored icecream in between a Chocolate Chip and a Nutella Crunch cookie. After stuffing your face with Gen KBBQ & got calories to spare, you can skip down the plaza to the Baked Bear! I stg every person that walked by was the same conversation "should we?" Had the chance to stop by their soft opening but it was in full force! Tons of staff and lots of customers(happy ones at that) Tons of different dessert options from cookies, ice cream sandwiches, sundaes, and brownies. Even carrying vegan options! When you walk in you're greet with sheets and sheets of different types of cookies. Followed by their selection of ice cream. Bunch of fun flavors but opted to go for the classics to see how they hold up. Chocolate chip cookie : a chewy cookie that lends to be on the stiffer end to hold up the ice cream. Super buttery and pretty standard. Vanilla ice cream: super creamy and not too rich. It's not overtly sweet. Overall a sweet way to end off your gluttonous night (if you went to Gen for dinner ) Will definitely make this part of my routine when I'm going for KBBQ and you should too! read more

This is one of the cutest ice cream shop especially after having a meal nearby. To be honest, I didn't like the ice cream or the cookies. And let me tell you, I LOVE sweets. But the cookies were sickeningly sweet. Like so sweet you almost couldn't taste the actual flavor of each cookie. I ordered a maple pecan cookie and a butter cake cookie for my sandwich. The butter cake one was on the bottom and turned to paste when paired with the ice cream. The ice cream had a really thick gooey texture that I've never experienced before. Almost custard-y. I was hoping to love this place after getting a lot of good feedback from friends but I will definitely go elsewhere for my sweets cravings! read more

such disappointment! everything looked so good but was sadly INEDIBLE :( the cookies were ROCK solid even after they were "warmed up". and the "warm" brownie bowl was the same way although the thin hard brownie somehow looked chewy too. everything was bland tasting and they only had a couple drink options. the place was clean and the staff was friendly but the product was not what all these other reviews say. read more

And also appeared that the upstairs where we could've been seated inside, was walked off because she didn't want to clean it. It was comically unfriendly ice cream store. Oh and she tries to be awkward about waiting for me to give a tip (the screen doe not clearly show an option for less than 15% tip) I was just chuckling to myself. Some messed up stuff must have happened in that bathroom to get all these reviews for like 8 mo about it being fake closed. Don't go back.

I got my ice cream and started eating while continuing on my conversation. The lemon custard looked wrong, but it was under the pralines and cream, so I decided to enjoy my ice cream and worry about that when I got to that part. Sure enough, it wasn't lemon custard. It was mango, which was back to back with the lemon custard. Ordinarily, I probably would've just continued on eating it and not said anything because mango is pretty good and I occasionally enjoy a mango smoothie. However, the lemon custard is my ABSOLUTE favorite and not very many locations even have it. So my heart was pretty set on it. On top of that, mango sometimes hurts my tummy and that late at night I wasn't willing to chance it. Since I had a cone, I told them about the mix up and just asked if I could get the lemon custard in a cup. Obviously they couldn't reuse the mango, and I wasn't going to eat it. I threw it away, but tried to at least save some of my cone to have with my lemon custard. They were very nice and helpful that late in the evening. There was another person who ordered a mango smoothie and ended up with a mangonada. She didn't want it and I don't know if she gave it away or threw it away, but she ended up with nothing because she didn't tell them about the mistake. DO NOT SLEEP on this place. Service was amazing and the ice cream sandwiches were amazeballs. Quaint little place. And the best part is I have a family of 8 and it didn't break the bank.
