When asking for a copy I was told another family had one and they could not provide it ever because their records do not go back that far. I asked if it was lost if they could provide it. She said no and hung up on me. I said I would get whatever paperwork was needed to be provided the information. She also accused me of just wanting money and yelled "you aren't even in the trust anyway". I in no way am looking for money, but helping with the financial piece since My grandmother has dementia and we are working on end of life care and I explained that I was in a very fragile state dealing with all of this and was continually yelled at and then hung up on.
