This bank is by far the worst I've ever dealt with. I've dealt with home buyers and sellers for 2 decades and the loan officers at the Bolivar and Somerville locations are atrocious and unprofessional. What should take 30-45 days and does at other banking institutions can take upwards of 2-2.5 months on clean straight forward loans. The loan officers need to be fired and replaced with competent people. From my experience the loan officers are rarely there and available. read more
