Been taking my 6 year old son here for more than 3 years…read more Just tried to get his hair cut. They open till 7pm and at 6.30pm closed their doors. The lady explained they could not take any more people as would be there beyond 7pm. I explained that we had made a special trip and I needed it done before Monday. My only option would be to bring him Saturday but they charge double. She knows me and has cut my son's hair plenty of times as we are there every 5 to 6 weeks. She was rude and it's absolutely disgusting the way in which she spoke to me. I thought she could have at least offered to cut his hair on Saturday but without charging me double. Obviously customer loyalty counts for nothing. Now have my 6 year old son in tears as she slammed the door in our faces so hard that I'm surprised it did not break. I wasn't rude nor did I raise my voice like she did at me. A pity as I will not be returning. Disgusted at the attitude and her behaviour in front of my child. I suggest the management has a strong word as if it was my business I would be horrified. 2 customers lost as my husband goes here as well.

This is a man who used to go to Toni and Guy in London. OK - he's not so into the latest hairstyles anymore but even so, he does expect more than your average short back and sides and Geezers delivered that for a good price.

From the start, I had a bad feeling. He asked me what I wanted doing but as I was explaining it to…read morehim, he seemed disinterested and was looking out the window! I asked him to fade the back and sides down to a grade 4 and leave the top the same length. The first thing he did was shave the whole back and sides grade 4. The next thing he did was take an inch off the top of my hair before I could stop him. I'm so annoyed because it took me about 3 months to grow my hair to that length and he just cut it off, despite being asked to leave the top alone. I probably wouldn't have minded quite so much if the haircut he decided to give me was decent but even what he did is a shoddy excuse for a haircut. I honestly think he had in his mind what he was going to do with my hair before he asked and just did it in the quickest time possible. The only time he ever spoke to me what to ask what I wanted (but didn't listen) and then asked for the money. I'd really advice avoiding this place, especially if you're male.

Absolutely appalling staff. My toddler threw a tantrum as toddlers do but this rude staff member…read moreshouted across the room to me with blaring music in the background that she won't be cutting his hair if he's like that, must have told me that three times in a row whilst I was trying to explain that I was trying to calm him down but she never gave me the chance before interfering and humiliating me in front of people by saying she's not cutting his hair and she's not being funny but it's not fair to her other 4 customers to listen to that, giving me no choice but to leave. The other customers were old enough to have children themselves and probably understand how stressful it is dealing with a toddler tantrum. Thumbs up to that lady who thinks it's ok to talk to customers like that instead of speaking to my face politely and save the embarrassment, running a great customer focused business but one tip, put a notice on your door saying NOT CHILD FRIENDLY!
