I purchased a new furniture set from AFW earlier this month, and it was a disappointing experience…read moreoverall: 1) Furniture throughout the store was of poor, cheap quality - especially for the prices. 2) Customer service within the store was fine, but the loading team was extremely rude to me and my father in-law when we picked it up. One gentleman in particular acted like a bouncer at a club when we asked them to rearrange the furniture in our moving truck (more on this on #3). 3) Because the loading folks put our furniture face-down (the set has "wooden" adornments on the front of the furniture - they were scuffed upon arrival, pics below). We asked them to rearrange the furniture - they refused. Customer service is unwilling to do anything about this, and they even state that any scuffs resulting from self-pickup are not covered.... don't they have security cameras in their loading bay they can review? What a scam. Also, a gentleman ahead of us had a blown out tire from driving over their curb (very tight loading bay), and he asked the group of folks there if anyone had a car jack, and they literally all walked away and ignored the guy. 4) There are also pieces of "wooden" adornments just dangling off of both love seat and the couch (pics below). In fact, it looks like the same pieces are about to fall off of the chair as well. Upon examination, it appears they weren't even fully stapled on entirely - very cheap. You can also see the scuff marks on the chair from where said 'bouncer' loaded it face-down. 5) Customer service was very unhelpful. Upon providing multiple photos and having a lengthy discussion, they were unwilling to do anything to rectify the situation, aside from sending a technician out to evaluate it - no thanks. As a customer, I want a seamless purchase, not more time out of my pocket that is unpaid for to fix their issues. Overall, the quality of the furniture, the prices, and the experience in general, were all very disappointing. Would strongly encourage any potential buyers to save yourselves the hassle and go somewhere where your money is better spent, and where you - the customer - will be better valued. Respectfully, G

Keeping a 3 star rating simply because if I was Betty White, I'd find wonderful new clothes for nice prices in this store. They even have a little "boutique" in the back of the top level with slightly higher end, name brand clothing (again mature-set stuff like decade old Liz Claiborne blazers, Coldwater Creek sweaters, Clark mules).

He said yes, and the manager said, "You stole property from my store. You are not allowed in the building anymore." My husband replied, "I never stole anything from your store. The only thing I've been doing in here was looking around." The manager (kenny or mike or something) refused to listen and threatened mall security if we didn't leave. I was even told if I was affiliated with him that I wasn't allowed in the store. We both went home. A few days later, I found my boyfriend cheating on me and broke up with him. I then decided to go to Reflections Plus since he said "as long as I'm affiliated with him" I'm not allowed in the store. A few seconds after walking in, Kenny or Mike, (the manager) told me I had to leave. I asked, "Why? I'm no longer affiliated with that guy I came in with. I broke up with him after I found him cheating on me and I don't talk to him or see him anymore. You said as long as I was affiliated with him I couldn't come in your store." He replied, "It doesn't matter. You know him so I don't want you in my store." He then called mall security on me and explained, "This girl is not allowed in my store. The boy she was with a few weeks ago stole something from me 5 years ago and I don't want anyone he knows in my store." I felt really hurt. I was so upset about being discriminated against I wrote a complaint to the mall itself. I would not recommend going there. They discriminate based on who you know.
