On top of that, they told me one of the vaccinations was "outdated," but this was due to a simple clerical error from our vet (who had seen both dogs right before our trip). What frustrated me most is that Dollywood never reviewed the records or contacted me beforehand to clarify anything. If they had actually looked at the documents they requested, I could have had the vet correct it easily before our visit. Instead, after weeks of planning and hours of driving, I was left dealing with an issue that should have been addressed well before we arrived. Incredibly frustrating and very unprofessional on Doggywood's part. I will not be using their services again.
