I cannot recommend this business highly enough.You would never know a glass ornament fell and took a chunk out of our newly fitted bath.Arrived at the agreed time, fast and efficient,left clean & tidy.Great Price.Brilliant.The business name is totally apt!! read more

Awful. Ruined my bath. Had two small chips Now have two large areas the texture of sandpaper and grey and discoloure. No apology absolutely nothing from them. Just hard faced excuses do not use. read more

Unprofessional with poor communication. We had a repair done to a stone shower tray in September 2020. The website clearly states "TWO YEAR GUARANTEE ON ALL OUR WORK" When our repair failed i got in touch with the Bath Doctor. After three failed promises of call backs I was told the work was only guaranteed for six months. Either the website is incorrect or the person I spoke to is lying. I wouldn't recommend using this company. read more

Paid over £200 to have Bath resurfaced, so far had to get them out 3 times because the re surfacing keeps splitting! Tried to charge for repairs when it is there fault for not doing the job properly in the first place! Try other companies! read more

I dont know what the guy below is on about, did they put the job right!! I rent properties and Bath Dr have resurfaced all 19 of my baths, loos and sinks etc,( after the students have finished with them over the years) and I have never had one issue. What I like about this business is they are most reliable and do a fab job. I highly recommend them. read more

Had our bath resurfaced,it came up like new only problem was i chipped the bath several weeks later when i told them this they said there 2 year cover does not include damaged caused by the customer but because id been upfront about it they came out and repaired it for free.great service read more

I was shocked at Allerton's price, which was completely ridiculous. They were at least £5,000 more than four of the companies, who all priced roughly the same, even out-pricing Everest, which shocked me. They come out at almost £8,000 more than the others for replacing all the windows and doors. Based on these prices, I decided not to go ahead with them, as I don't think they can justify their prices, regardless how good they claim to be. They use Rehau windows, which a lot of companies use, so the only thing they can use for price justification, is their quality of installation.
