We were looking at the regular thick mattress & Calvin showed us a memory foam hemp mattress & we ended up buying it. What an improvement to our sleep. There was also a corner section of the store dedicated to books. As for other items, I also saw a small number of shoulder bags, shoes and some costume jewelry. It didn't take me long to peruse the various sections of the store. Unfortunately, I didn't find anything I was interested in buying. Even the $1 clothing rack didn't have anything I wanted. This was my first time here, so I don't have any idea of what kind of fun items have been found here. I don't know if the store is picked over or if this is the usual type of selection available. All I know is that I didn't find anything during this particular visit. It wasn't the best thrift store I've seen but it also wasn't the worst. If you're in the area and like thrifting, you might get lucky and make a random find here.

Her favourite flowers are stargazer lilies and I had asked if they could include those in the bouquet and was assured they could. We spent $150.00 for flowers and a small fruit basket with a balloon. The arrangement and basket that was delivered was beyond disappointing. The flowers requested were not included much to our sadness. The basket of fruit was amateur at best. My brother spent the day with my mom and he had said the delivery was "sad". We were all very disappointed for her . The delivery was set for a Saturday, the following Monday they offered to include the lilies. It was past her birthday and far beyond the milestone event.
