If I could give zero stars, I would. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Villa Rica, GA this…read morepast February and discovered what we believe to be a bed bug in one of our beds. Naturally, we tried to alert hotel staff -- but no one was ever at the front desk. Not late at night, not early in the morning. It felt like we were completely on our own. Upon checkout, I attempted again to address the situation, but the woman at the desk was completely frazzled and confused. She couldn't even find our reservation in the system and kept insisting we had the wrong room -- even though we were literally checking out of it. Because of this, I left without a receipt and without any meaningful conversation about the bug issue. I contacted corporate after returning home, hoping for some accountability, but was informed that the hotel manager refused to do anything about it. No apology, no follow-up, nothing. The combination of a serious health concern, zero customer service, and complete managerial indifference should be a major red flag for anyone considering staying here. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.
