It does however get full up especially at Sunday lunchtimes. The pub itself is traditional in style inside and out. The nice garden is set alongside the car park I have enjoyed some nice lunches at the pub. The staff are friendly and attentive. I wouldn't call it a gastro pub, it is good home cooking (snacks and dinners) served at a reasonable price. It attracts a good number of locals from the village.
