This little town is a little beat down but it just oozes charm! At around 10 o'clock Victorian House Antiques seemed to be the only shop open (correction: they technically open at 11 but the shop owner was in and kindly allowed us in early to look around. Extra star for him!). I love all things funky and old and this store had a pretty solid stock of every random piece of antique furniture or doo-dad you could think of. Although the shop is a tad small the entire store was expertly organized and tidy. I've been to some shops that are so crammed full of junk you're literally required to twist and bend just to get around. This was not the case here. Another pretty awesome feature is the price comparison done with some of the larger pieces. The shop will list their price along with a description of the piece and then they'll post a print-out from ebay with the pricing info and stats on a similar piece. You're essentially comparison shopping without any leg work! Although I didn't make any purchases this is definitely a store I will be making a trip back to when I'm in the market for some accent pieces.
