Once you have completed their forms and left the reception area, you leave your stress at the counter because they cater too all your needs. I had half hour in the hot tub, and then an Indian head massage followed by a back massage and it was pure heaven. I probably floated out of my room as I was so relaxed. They put you completely at rest, and they provide you with a dressing gown, slippers and towels so you don't have to worry about taking too much in with you. They also aren't that expensive. I paid about £60 for 3 hours worth of treatment. I would thoroughly recommend visiting this spa. I went with a few girly friends and we had a great time being able to forget about our worries for a morning, and having time to for ourselves.

Tracey put me right at ease straight away, and made the full body massage and age smart facial treatment feel like it lasted a lot longer than 1hour 45 minutes!. As part of the massage, a hot stone was put on my back, while I had a foot and leg massage. Tracey then moved to my upper back, which I totally needed (with my stress levels!). Tracey really got to the stress knots in my muscles and this was my favourite part of the session. The Age Smart facial was also fab. I had a good consultation before and afterwards, where the therapist talked through my cleansing routine, noted concerns (I got to take home a copy of this) and also gave me advice and Dermalogica product samples to take home. I had my face steamed, cleaned, exfoliated, toned and moisturised, and afterwards my complexion genuinely looked miles better than it has in ages.
