I am very disappointed and will not return. I had gel put on my nails. I was told they last 3-4 weeks . At day 10 they were chipping. When I called I was told I need to have them done every 2 weeks. I said , I thought they last 3-4 weeks at least that's what I was told. Nancy said no, everyone comes every 2 weeks and I would need to pay to have them removed. I went home that night and I was able to literally PEEL them all of easily. This was not quality at all and Im super disappointed. read more

I originally went in to get a lash perm but was convinced to get lash extensions was told 18 years experience but did not feel like that I was in a room that was very unorganized when she started the nose was strong and burning my nose when i asked what kind of glued i was told it was very good and to push through she finished my eyelashes felt heavy itchy and they burned she said it was normal since the glue was not done drying. I left paid 80 and when I got in my car I saw chunks of lashes and my real ones clumped together my eyes were itchy I went inside to get a removal was told to sit 30 minutes after i washed the solution there was still lashes on my eyes were burning with the solution but instead of round 2 she proceeded to take me back to the room and started ripping out my lashes forcefully while pulling the fake ones off i would've preferred the burning over my eyelashes being ripped out. When I got up and looked in the mirror there were spots on my lash line and my lashes were less full and there were still extensions on my eyes. I got my money back and went to the car and cried because i was devastated with the horrible experience i had just went through Ive gotten my lashes done at other nails shops and have never experienced this kind of service Don't come here to get your lashes done quality was awful read more

I stumbled on this nail salon here one day after school and was very impressed and happy with their services. 1. Everytime I come here the staff is super friendly and nice. They greet me with a smile and ask me "what would you like today?" 2. I see returning people come back ready for their monthly nail tune up. Lastly 3. The owner is very big about cleaning their instruments that they use to cut and clean our nails. When I see the nail instrument being opened in front of me in their sanitized bags, I know it has been properly CLEANED and ready to use for their customers. This is a huge one for me because after my first nail appointment with them, my toes were clean, neatly trimmed and I never had foot fungus again! I have brought my two best friends and my mom to this nail salon and they are always happy with their services. Wait time is sometimes a little long, but its because they have many loyal customers (like myself) always coming back. I called her asking how much it is to remove lashes. Over the phone she said $10. I got there, after she removed, I gave her $20 ( waiting for a change), I asked her "you said $10 correct?" I got an eyelash perm here done by Nancy. She was fantastic. She really cares about her clients. The first time I got my eyelashes done, the result wasn't the best. She immediately made another appointment for me to fix it. She was the one who offered to fix it- no extra charge because she actually cared about customer satisfaction. The second time, she used a stronger formula and my lashes curled perfectly. I was so happy with the result! She was quick and efficient and made sure i was comfortable throughout the process. My mom got eyelash extensions here and they looked natural and even. She loved it. And the price was right too. I also got a gel manicure and it was done quickly. I wish i took a photo. The Lash tech was 20 mins late for my appointment; one of the workers in the front was rude as hell when I woke her up from a nap to ask if the Lash tech knew I was still waiting. Lash tech apologized but 20 mins is a long time to wait for an appointment. Her work station was not inviting; dingy and unkempt. Then, my lashes were extremely clumpy and the glue she used formed a small knot at the base of the lashes - felt itchy. The lash retention was horrible and they began to fall out after a few days. Eventually, I removed them because there were all types of gaps! My friend had the same experience but her eyes actually had an allergic reaction! The lash tech is very nice but her lashes suck! I only tried her because my normal lash tech was not available and I will go without lashes the next time and just wait on my Lash tech. Didn't think to take pics! read more

If I could rate a zero I would! Asked for a gelx with a chrome tip instead I ended up with a French tip and some weird glitter that she claims was chrome. The nails were so clumpy and when I told her about a piece of lint stuck on my nail she blamed it on the fact that it was something part of my natural nail. She painted on the French tip but left the residue behind... the nails were all different shapes. Yet she claimed they were "elegant". I had to call her so she could fix them because they were so bad I couldn't just waste 75!! She never apologized for the situation and she made me feel like I was the problem when Im the one spending my hard earn money for a service that was shitting. I went and had my eyeliner done. I was assured over and over yhat I'd have it done EXACTLY how I usually wear it. And that everything would be ok. Well it was a disaster and completely UNEVEN. She kept telling me she did NOT need a stencil. ( I insisted but she said she didnt need it). I left sooo upset and so ashamed to go out in public. I still gave her the benefit of the doubt. I waited a couple days in Hope's my liner would somehow even out. Or at least not look as bad. But that never happened. I didnt want to go to work and cuz I deal with the public) I didnt want to look at my own husband. I got depressed and wouldnt leave the house. Finally I drove to the salon.(Wearing sunglasses of course?) Showed her how awful my eyes still looked. She did offer you fix the other wye to match the messed up eye. Which I was NOT about to let her do! No way. She gave me a full refund and some. There was a little going back and forth. Her trying to explain why one was so thick. But bottomline was one was thin with definition and one was a thick straight line across my eyelid. Totally uneven. I've spoke with a few clinics who specialize in fixing botched tattoos like this and they also stated that this tech had no business tattooing on eyes. My kids couldve done better. So if your going for EYELINER TATTOO DONT!!!!! DO NOT!!!!!.she She says no problem she can do EXACTLY what you want and how you want. That's BS. I am now having to pay EXTRA just to have it fixed. And I cant afford it. It's not cheap!!! Sorry for the rant. I'm an upset customer. read more
