First, they refused to acknowledge that there was a booking (even though a proof of booking was on her phone and was demonstrated to them right away), and kept us (about 15 people) waiting outside for about 40-45 minutes, and refusing to give any explanation about this way they treat the customers, and then when they decided to let us in, it suddenly occurred to them that the way my boyfriend was dressed (which was very nice, actually) was not good enough for them.
