Nothing wrong with the wiring or the socket. New bulbs work as long as the car is running but after about a day or two I notice the light is out. I was going to try LED lights and see if the problem persists. She told me she would not sell me an LED light until I went to a mechanic. Now maybe she just got out of prison and was not really good dealing with people after so long out of society. That would explain Miss Sunshine's disposition. Or maybe she is just not suited to work at the Auto Parts Store. As I was leaving another lady who saw and heard our interaction said to me, "Wow, she's a little sassy!" Not the word I would have used. Good bye Auto Zone, I'm breaking up with you.

An example is a starter relay which costs about $13. I ordered it on a Saturday and it came in on a Tuesday, but in between I figured out that the old one wasn't broken. So they said that wasn't a problem and I didn't need to buy the one I ordered which was nice since they went to the trouble of having it shipped to the store. Then I decided that I wanted a new electronic ignition. I was kind of set on getting a fancy MSD HEI, but the price was between $250-$450. The guy then showed a rebuilt HEI and a lifetime warranty coil for total of $72. I was somewhat stunned that he actually showed me a shortcut to getting exactly what I wanted for couch change. That's pretty rare in auto repair. Next we'll see how they do with a carb kit....

The guy that waited on me did not even know how to remove them even though I told him how and would not do it for me so I ended up standing out in the freezing cold replacing it myself. Guess a girl knows how to do it better than the boys at O'Reilly's. My brother always told me to go to O'Reilly's to get a bulb replaced or windshield wipers. I guess I won't be. The owner of the store needs to work with his employees on customer service and politeness. I even had a handicap parking sticker on my car.

While I was waiting, having a conversation with one of the associates, a customer came in and was speaking very rudely to anyone who would listen, the customer who had clearly been under the influence of drugs or alcohol, was angry that someone twice his age would not change his tire despite being told that those services are not available at this location due to lack of licensing... the customer did not even try to understand . From my understanding he made a negative review , clearly that man doesn't have a head in his brain. 10/10 would do business with again.

Don't…read moreget your vehicle serviced there, because they cause more problems, that way you have to bring your vehicle in again so they can "fix" it and charge you more! There were electrical issues, they checked the battery and said it was perfectly fine and ended up replacing some fuses. Then the battery kept dying. Well, I replaced the battery and wouldn't you know... the battery that was in there, from before I acquired the vehicle and it was clearly the wrong size! How can you check the battery and say it's fine, when it's obviously not the right one. pretty sad that I can figure out issues as a female and fix them, but a trained professional can't?? From now on I'll be doing every repair I can. Oh and they also put the oil filter on so tight that it couldn't be removed without cracking the oil pump housing. Now my passenger door won't open from the inside, only on the outside and they broke all of my window buttons, so now I have to replace those as well (which I'll do myself). Needless to say, don't have your vehicle serviced there if you don't want to keep bringing your vehicle in and paying more money. Very very disappointed and will NEVER go there again or recommend anyone else to go there as well.
