Kim and her staff also were extremely gracious with helping the venue staff in cutting and serving our wedding cake to guests. To my surprise, my guests were excited to try the Indian food, and we ended up with a ton of leftover food from the Crazy Caterer. That says something!…read moreMy direct knowledge is that Northern Colorado Catering has HUGE turnover as they exploit their Staff, hire poorly, and have constant conflicting directives from the owners. They play the "checks in the mail" game with employees, and as you can see below, have failed clients in the past by disappearing. The food is decent, but the vans they use to transport the food are filthy, non-refrigerated and the Staff is told to pack the leftover food from events for later use. Do yourself a favor for YOUR event, trust in a REAL service that provides a fair and professional experience for both the client and the employees.
