Yet they took my MONEY and have not sent a CONFIRMATION that anything is being sent . I had to Go down to my BANK and dispute charges also cause it was debited out had to turn in my bank card and wait 5-10 business days to get a new one !!! Costumer service left much to be desired. The employee at the desk said "hi" when I walked in, and gave one word answers to my questions without ever getting from the desk or looking away from her phone. The swim suit sizes aren't labeled very clearly, and many of them did not have price tags. It was very clear that no one in the store was concerned about making a sale, and that combined with the fact that it was difficult to tell what size the bathing suit to wear or how much they cost, led me to just decide to leave without trying anything on. Unprofessional. Poor communication. Poor customer service. Ordered a swim suit online and called to confirm I would receive in time for an event I needed it for. But was disappointed when days went by and it was not on its way. Finally I texted Andre to confirm it was coming and he refunded me out of assumption that I'd order from another place but never responded or communicated any of it to me that it was done. So I waited believing the order was on its way over a week but it had been refunded without my knowing (also the refund was partial. Did not give the total back) and left me in a position to where now I wouldn't have what I needed for my event in time. This was a horrible buying experience and would advise to save your trouble and order directly from distributors for a better guarantee. read more

Amazing customer service and selection. It can seem a bit pricey, I paid $170 total for a top and bottom BUT they had exactly what I wanted; teeny bottoms that aren't thongs. Tiny store with very similar bikinis in different patterns. Most of buying a swimsuit is about getting the right cut/fit, not about finding the most interesting pattern. And if you are bigger than a B-cup, these tiny, unsupportive triangles aren't going to cover much. read more

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. I did not receive my product for two months so when i said i didn't want it anymore because it had been over two months and had purchased something else, they wont refund me for the items they had in stock because i "canceled" the order. It took over a month for my roommate to get her product as well after many phone calls and emails and was promised to be there in three days and took another week. It "got lost" twice in the mail. I only heard back from them when i threatened to make complaints. The product received by my roommate was very CHEAP looking. read more

Finally, I received a message and it was to inform me that my order was being canceled. When I asked why, I was told because of the "unnecessary threats" I had made and because i "expected immediate response" - lol ok if me saying I'd leave honest feedback is an unnecessary threat, I think you need to take a closer look at your customer service. (however the online cancellation receipt emailed to me said it was because the item was no longer available.) oh and one last thing- I found I'm not the only one who has online order problems but the owner deletes all comments that show any problems so the company looks legit and not shady but guess what- deleting questions, concerns, and honest feedback from being publicly seen instead of just responding honestly and professionally is indeed shady business practice. read more
