If you have only ever attempted to shop The Bills Store on game day, you may currently believe this place is a psychological endurance test disguised as a retail experience. It is loud. It is crowded. It is chaotic. It is where patience goes to be humbled. But listen. That is not The Bills Store's fault. That is just Bills Mafia being Bills Mafia. On a non-game day, however? This place is pure, peaceful, glorious blue-and-red heaven. I popped in a few days before Christmas to grab a couple of sweaters and was immediately distracted by what can only be described as the most futuristic checkout system I have ever seen in my natural human life. You bag your own items, place the bag into what appears to be a magical countertop portal, and -- I am not exaggerating -- the store just knows what you bought. No scanning. No nonsense. The bag goes in, the total appears, and suddenly you're questioning whether wizards, genies, or extremely intelligent raccoons are now employed at Highmark. I don't know what kind of engineering sorcery went into this system, but whoever invented it definitely got an A+ and a handshake from the professor. And now for the important stuff -- this store has everything. Official everything. Shirts. Hoodies. Jackets. Hats. Scarves. Pants. Seasonal gear. Game-day pins. Things you didn't know you needed but will absolutely leave with anyway because your inner Bills fan whispered, "Do it. We deserve this." And yes -- it feels good shopping here. Maybe it's just in my heart, maybe it's in my imagination, maybe it's in the collective emotional contract between fans and the team -- but it truly feels like you're supporting the players, their families, their pets, their children, and possibly someone's grandma when you buy from the official store. I don't need to fact-check this. Let me live. Bottom line: On game day, this place is an extreme sport. On non-game days, it is an absolute dream. Go. Shop. Respect the magic checkout portal. We went as soon as they opened, during the season opener game last weekend. Boy, was that probably a bad idea, I think 5000 stormed the store at the same time and all decided to check out at the same time too. The line snaked around the entire store - still, it moved super fast and we probably only waited 10 minutes if that. They didn't have a lot of the items I saw on the website when pre-shopping - so I only bought two hats. Selection was large for men but virtually nothing for women and children. Beautiful store and friendly staff. Amazing checkout process where you put the items in the bag while waiting and when you go up to pay you just put the entire bag in a holder and it scans everything at one and gives you the total. It's cashless so you have to pay via Apple Pay or card. Boom, done in just seconds. Loved it. Very high tech. read more

I placed an order on January 4th in anticipation of traveling to the wild card playoff game the following weekend. I selected next day shipping and was charged for it. Never got a shipping notification. I called on January 8th and after sitting on hold for over 20 minutes spoke with someone who told me that they weren't shipping that week. I was told that there was a notice at checkout. It must have been fine print because I did not see it. And if they weren't shipping, why would it allow me to select next day shipping? Oh that's right, to take my money. I was told I'd get a full refund and my order would be cancelled. I was refunded half of the next day shipping only. No refund for the product which I don't need since the game has passed. What NFL team store does an inventory reset, making them unable to ship, in the middle of the playoffs???? Everything you could ever want with the Bills logo on it. My significant other wanted a mesh back hat for hot weather and some new gear so we stopped by to see what they had. If you have never been there are men's, women's and children's clothes, hats and accessories. Tons of home stuff, koozies, grilling accessories, glass and bar ware, footballs, posters, gift bags, you name it. A great place to find a gift for the Bills lover who has everything. Like any sports merchandise it's a bit pricey. But what you would expect and there is a range of prices so you can usually find something to fit your budget. I am giving 4 stars because the women's clothing selection is always just ok. There is so much more variety in the men's and I am sure it's because they sell more so they offer more. I feel like the women's clothing feels like an after thought and then we are stuck picking from styles that feel tired and not very cute. Also in general the t shirt fabrics aren't great. A lot of cardboard like, heavy cotton fabrics. For the prices they charge a fabric upgrade should be a no brainer. Lighter weights, blends for softness and at least a little mechanical stretch would make the tees more wearable for all. Currently only cash and touchless payments being accepted. read more

It had been a while since I bought any team gear, and felt it was time to get something new... I window shopped at a couple sporting goods stores and found the selection to be disappointingly limited. As I hadn't had much luck elsewhere, I decided to go straight to the source. As one would likely guess, the selection of apparel and gear at the team store is unparalleled... the one wall is top to bottom, left to right pretty much any hat design imaginable. I wasn't interested in getting other gear on this visit, but their non-clothing memorabilia available for purchase is rather extensive, and might take some time to check out more thoroughly next time. I wound up getting a T-shirt and pair of shorts to go along with a hat (I've been wanting to get a jersey, but a developed superstition prevents me from sporting any player specific apparel, so no Jersey). The store overall is very nice. The reason why I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is that while the selection of shirts (long and short sleeve) hoodies, etc. is phenomenal, the selection of available apparel for the lower body was in comparison very limited... I considered myself very fortunate to find shorts to match the shirt, as there only appeared to be three shorts designs and two pants designs after doing a few walk around to check and double check. That said, the next time I'm in the market to buy some Bills gear, I'll definitely be coming back to the official team store. read more

I ordered two $125 gift certificates ONLINE from The Bills Store in December of 2020, for Christmas. First I want to state the only reason why they have received ONE STAR is because I benefited from being able to print it out in time for Christmas Day. Unfortunately, when my husband and I tried to redeem his certificate using the code printed on the certificate it does not work. We tried multiple times as well I have called multiple times for a correct code. Always being put on hold and then the call gets forwarded to voicemail. Im a bills fans so everything you want is at your fingertips..from hats to shirts, scarfs, memorabilia to gifts..Besides the BILLS getting their butts kicked its a great store and i found everything i wanted , needed and didnt know they had...The staff was friendly, happy and eager to help I was there when Marcellus Wiley had his book signing and after i purchased a book they took me straight to the front the black female cashier i forgot her name was so helpful, i asked her bout some gloves and she walked me to the section where all the gloves were and i thought that was soo sweet and courteous..Also i was talking to a female manager about certain things to buy ( sharpie pen) she also assisted me I told her i had family that played for the Bills (Dion Dawkins) and she showed me so much love and said he's always in the store and he's a very lovable person in BUFFALO..The store is full of great items but what makes it a successful store are the wonderful staff they have running the store, EVERYONE is willing to help the customers with great energy ,smile and positive attiude..My next BUFFALO game i will stop in to see the wonderful staff and thank them again.. read more

I just went to the Bills Store to get a crew neck and although it was quite busy I was pleasantly surprised with the staff and how helpful they were. I was able to find the crew neck in the size that I wanted and I cannot wait to give it as a Christmas gift! I had a great conversation with the blonde female staff member who cashed me out.
