A local recommended this place for us, saying their burgers were amazing! We just wanted food to go, and it being a quick drive from where we were staying, decided to go and order. As we walked in, the place is not fancy at all, but the ambiance was very welcoming. We made our way to the bar to place our to go order and got some drinks while we waited. In addition to the drinks we got to enjoy some live music. They played non-stop while we were there, even accepting requests, and having a great time performing. And everyone there was having a blast singing along. After our food was ready, we stuck for one more song and left. Wanted to enjoy it while it was still hot. Double Smash was the burger recommended so, of course had to order it. This has 2 burger patties, double cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles and condiments. With all this you can imagine this being a bit messy but it really was a great burger! We also ordered the Fried Chicken Sandwich and loved how juicy the chicken was. Also the size of it. No sandwich or burger would be complete without fries so we got an order to share. Really glad we listened and got to enjoy some good comfort/ bar food!

We had the loveliest lunch experience, saddled up to the bar with a couple of freshly brewed iced teas, a grilled cheese with awesome onion rings and a 5-star club made with house prepared bacon and some solid fries. Angela was behind the bar, busy as a bis-bee and gave us excellent service, answering our questions about the hotel between getting things done! Can't wait to come back for a custom cocktail and a stay at the unique looking rooms.

We had a very tasty Cubano and side of seasoned fries. I couldn't stop licking my fingers. Had a tasty Mayan Stout too. Great pour. The staff is friendly and they had live music going on a Saturday afternoon. The feel of the bar is like it must have been in the early 1900s. Worth a stop to sit down and have a bite.

Came here during Covid, they had plenty of seating and it's an awesome old designed building that takes you through a time warp. I love the long saloon bar with the whole decor that seems to transport you back to the early 1900s. Very cool! We ended up grabbing some food and wanted mostly something light. We got the buffalo wings, salad and the fried mushrooms. Pretty much the standard tasting bar food with not much to say it was outstanding by any means. One of the biggest disappointment was the salad. It just seemed like a side salad vs a full salad. It was really tiny for the price which I was hoping it was a larger portion but still was good. Really can't say too much about the food but just was standard bar food. The service and the ambiance is the best part of the place.

Came in for a quick lunch/brunch break while walking down the stores and shops in old downtown. We had a pretty decent array of bar room goodies with their selection of really good Jalapeno Poppers, very nicely prepared Fried Zuchini and Mushrooms washed down with ice cold Copper City Ale and Moniker Chardonnay. This is a pretty cool laid out saloon fitting for a town like Bisbee - makes you feel like being in the old west. This is a must stop watering hole while in town!

Bartender would rather text friends than chat with customers. Nice venue but in a small tourist town people appreciate a friendly chat and attentive service, rather than feel they are messing up the bartender's Insta stream.

This place was great and we were the only ones in it! I can imagine how fun it would be in normal times. I took a trip for my birthday and we spent most of the day in Bisbee before heading to Tombstone. Out of all our bar hopping this was probably my favorite. I have grown up in AZ and Bisbee is my favorite town and yet I have never been here until now. I was very glad we stopped by and definitely plan to return to stay and drink here again soon! The bartender was friendly and when I asked what their copper coupe 'glasses' were for he basically said anything, so he made our margaritas in them next round to make it more festive :D if anything it was definitely warm that weekend and don't think they have AC but in another few weeks or so it's going to be perfect!

First off I'd like to say this place is as authentic as you can get. We came in for lunch, very friendly staff. They let us know the process for ordering which was great. The menu is nice and small which is always a good sign. I tried the Rueben burger which wss great, my son had the buffalo wings, and my wife had the veggie pannini. Everyone was happy. Internet is pretty sketchy here in town so i wasnt able to read reviews prior to ordering. I did see a gentleman drinking a bloody mary which looked pretty good. I found out later that they use chiltepin water in them so I gotta go back and try one. Its a cool place with a crazy history so you should check it out.

I noticed this place off the Main Street and was curious. This place has been open since last October and yesterday was the first time I knew the place existed. It doesn't open until 4pm and I'm usually back home by then. It has a nice ambiance. Motorcycles adorn the walls. At least two TVs are high up on the walls. The dark wood adds earthiness. There are electric outlets under the bar to charge your phone. I had my dog Hansel with me and the open-air design attracted me to this place. I sat at a picnic table facing the street. Hansel enjoyed looking down on dogs walking by, thanks to the elevated platform we were on. Service was prompt. I noticed that the menu wasn't very extensive and the prices were on the high side. I settled for the two Brisket Tacos for $18.99. I had water to drink. The tacos were very good. The beef was well spiced and there was no skimping on any of the ingredients. The baked beans were sweet, the cole slaw a mere 1-ounce serving. It was a tasty meal. They serve $5 margaritas during Happy Hour 4-5pm weekdays.

This lively well-staffed, incredible drink selection, open air patio and indoor spacious areas, with terrific bartenders and some pretty darn good BBQ is waiting for everyone in town to enjoy a nightcap there. You can smell the woodburning aromas of their Que down the road. And yes, it draws you in like catnip. The smells are half of it; the tastes are the fab end product. And as for beverages, you name it, they got it. Whenever in Bisbee, this is return no brainer. Keep up the great work guys and gals.

But thank my…read morelucky stars 'Bisbee Royale' was the only spot I knew of that was open at 8am on a Saturday. The exterior looks like a mix of three attractions: a restaurant, a museum, & a movie theater. I can't say if all three of those things are really in there, it's just an impression. I will say that I am glad I took at chance at trying their food at a time when I was seriously hungry. I was invited to sit wherever I wanted, so I chose a table along the wall with a big TV right above me. I was greeted kindly, and given time to order my food, which I decided would be a couple fried eggs, hashbrowns, sausage patties, toast, & cheesy grits. They were so good, with the hashbrowns being, as my partner put it, "The best he's ever had!" I personally enjoyed the patties the most, and the grits the least. The grits were made in a way that the shredded cheese was sprinkled on top of the grits instead of mixed in it, and I do not prefer that style. It was still good, just not as good as others I've tried. So that's why I'm not docking points; why be super critical on one side dish when everything else was an A+? I liked the wholesome feel of the restaurant, like everybody knew each other, and the fact that it was pet-friendly was a bonus too. A couple came in with three cute dogs, and that just made me super happy (not to mention, it WAS on my birthday too). I would come here again if I return to Bisbee.

I had my dog with me and was told I could sit inside, right by the entrance. Two other tables had just left. All the server asked me is if my dog was friendly. Yes, he was at his best behavior. I ordered a Frick'n chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries. Both were delicious! While I'm not fond of jalapenos, the few on the bun weren't overpowering. The chicken breast was large and the sauce, pickles, tomato slice and onions were plentiful. I got excellent service since it was just me and Hansel. The ambiance is old rustic, with an open ceiling and high rotating fans. I've been here before when the place was crowded and loud, but tonight was a quiet date night with my dog.

The streets were packed, and I had shown up without reservations expecting the worst. I somehow waited less than 10 minutes to be seated, and had my drink order taken right away. Like the menu, the alcohol selection is very safe--comprised of a ton of beers and liquors you've probably already heard of. I opted for a local delicacy--Bisbee Blue G&T. While I'd prefer they take their chances on a limited menu of real cocktails, it was nice having something new you don't really run into outside of a small town. Your choices of food are basically Mexican, sandwiches, burgers, and barbecue. I went with the West Texas Millionaire Burger and it was certainly worth it.You can't go wrong with truffle or sweet potato fries, either. Portions are huge--perfect after you spend a day walking around for miles. The atmosphere feels like you're in a diner, and it's not as flashy or artsy as a lot of places. That's fine. While there's no flagship dish for foodies to rave about, it's quality food in a prime location that anyone can appreciate.
