Where has this little cutie been my whole life- took mama and friends out for lunch and we loved our whole experience here! I needed a loaf of butter and bread for each of us- so warm and buttery and booop boop bop beautiful! Artichoke dip- good...but a little small, portion size needs to be reviewed- a little awkward to share- need more of the deliciousness in our life. Mom loved her streak- so good, Reuben was good. Monte Cristo was good but plate looked a little meh- needs to come with fries or a side veggie- the orange slices were t cutting it- a little disappointed in that. We had lunch here a few months ago. Last night we did the Bistro Happy Hour. It's in a different section of the restaurant and it's an entirely different experience. For happy hour, the Bistro offers all appetizers except the shrimp cocktail for half price. The drinks are regular price. We got the crab cakes and stuffed mushrooms, which were delicious. From the bites menu, we ordered tacos which were not half price. They were okay but not as good as the appetizers. I tried the spiced apple tini and Dan tried the tequila old fashioned. Both were good. I have yet to find a signature cocktail I like better than a Tanqueray and Toni or a Manhattan, but it's fun to try new things. Maggie did a fantastic job of taking of the entire bar by herself. She was very personable and gave good recommendations. I would describe the ambience as classy. Went for happy hour with spouse. She had the spicy appletini and I had the anejo Manhattan. Half price appetizers lured us in so we had crab cakes (order of 3 and some of the best I've had), stuffed mushrooms (also excellent) and pork tacos (pretty good as well). Went with a group and was less than impressed. My chicken piccata didn't look anything like the picture, probably the worse chicken piccata I've had. The orzo was overcooked and there was very little sauce on the piccata. I could have counted the mushrooms and capers. Basically got a mound of overcooked orzo with 7 ounces of chicken. I couldn't eat the orzo. All I could eat was the chicken and bread. I should have ordered a salad. The service started out okay but she didn't check back up on us very often. read more

It's kind of dim inside, there's some natural light, but not much. The appetizers and entrees were quite delicious. I personally loved the Pita bread with chokes and cheese dip over the Crab cake. Disappointing. I took a client here based on the recommendation of a Tulsa foodie. I made reservations and asked to be seated in a private area so we could talk about confidential business. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I arrived and they had reserved the very first table in the dining room where all diners would be walking by, in earshot of the bar and many other tables. I asked if we could be somewhere more private as requested and finally our waitress said we could go to the back room.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When my guest arrived we talked for a few minutes but, after getting our drinks, had to wait and wait for our server to return to take our order. He had a tight schedule and I explained to the waitress. We were told they were out of sweet potato fries, table rolls, and something else. We ordered the artichokes and cheese dip. The best part was the pita. In fact it was best part of the meal. The dip was primarily cream cheese and was blended leaving no discernible pieces of artichoke and the only parmesean seemed to be a sprinkling of it over the top of the small ramekin. My guest had a turkey sandwich. He wanted the sweet potato fries but they're out. He said it was good but looked so very plain. I had the chicken piccata and was surprised to find it unlike any piccata I have ever had. It was pounded flat chicken breast, fully breaded in panko, not floured, sitting on "garlic risotto" which was orzo pasta in a thickened chicken stock sauce loaded with butter or possibly cream and some softened whole garlic cloves that completely overpowered the flavor. The pasta was obviously boiled in water and had no flavor other than the small trace of sauce with a few capers, a very few. It was more like a chicken cutlet in panko with a sauce that reminded me of a thick, creamy chicken soup sauce with a light squeeze of lemon. No flavor whatsoever. No vegetable. No offer of parmesean. Poor presentation. The waitress promised to bring us refills on our soda and agin we waited. We flagged down the waitress to get my friend a to go box. He only ate half his sandwich before he had to leave. She told us they were out but she'd find something. A few precious minutes later she returned and said they had just gotten some boxes in. Then she said she'd be right back with more drinks. He left before she returned with them. I waited for the check to find a waiter visiting with the next table. The owner visiting from table to table and checking on their meals while I'm sitting alone waiting and waiting for a check. I give her my credit card and waited some more listening to the owner and waiter making their rounds just wishing that he might ask how my dinner had been. This dinner at a place chosen to impress and provide an atmosphere of privacy and service. No such luck. I paid our $60 check for the cream cheese and pita, turkey sandwich, and fried chicken breast with chicken soup sauce and left passing by the owner, waitress and hostess without a single thank you. read more

I had a truly disappointing experience at the Bistro at Seville. My mother and I were the only customers dining, yet the service was abysmal. I ordered the a salad and for an additional price added the 8oz salmon. I specifically asked for it to be cooked medium well, without any raw center. When it arrived, it was completely raw in the middle--just seared on the outside. The waitress never came to check on us, but you could hear her boisterous laughter echoing from the kitchen. I had to flag down a manager who was mindlessly wiping an already clean table, to show her the issue. She promised to replace it, but by the time we were ready to leave , they brought me a burnt 4-ounce portion, which was inedible. I couldn't even get my dog or my cat to eat it. lol then to make matters worse, the waitress added a brownie sundae to my ticket which I'm allergic to that and in no way shape or form did we order it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]As you can see from the photos the restaurant is completely empty.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] She is a liar and said it was from a different table ... " I was like what table?!? This place is empty..." and she got nervous cause she was straight lying to my face knowing we were waiting forever and being held like prisoners trying to leave. She must do that a lot or say that lie a lot because if it was an accident she could have just said oh it was an accident ... anyway ... To make matters worse, my tea was never refilled, and the service was lackluster, even though there were at least two waitresses and a manager present. This was by far the worst dining experience I've had in my two months visiting Oklahoma. I've eaten at numerous places, but none came close to the level of poor service and quality here. Save yourself the frustration and head to places with similar price points but better quality food and service such as: Napa Flats, Pub W, Dilly Diner, French Hen or Neighborhood Jam instead. I'll never be returning, the situation was so upsetting I had to wait a few weeks before writing this review. Over the weekend my daughter's Bridal Shower was at The Bistro of Seville. It was absolutely amazing. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Their banquet room is super nice on its own but my daughter wanted a "little" more.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The Bistro let me and a couple friends in early to decorate. Because of size of party we made a selected menu for guests to choose from. My husband and I had a late lunch 01/16/2026. We often eat there because the food is always great and the service is fantastic. They know when we arrive, I love a pomegranate martini; my husband has a glass of white wine. Both are served just after we sit down - got to love that! They also know we like the pita chips well toasted for the Chokes and Cheese appetizer-no limpy pita chips. It was almost 5 stars! We went with a group of 8. I was able to make a reservation ahead of time which is hard to come by these days and nice. I ordered a cocktail (Fat Betty) and hubs got the house merlot. We shared a side Caesar salad to start which was plenty and a good deal at $5. We also shared the Bistro filet and they split it for us which I love. Also a great deal compared to similar places. Love that they serve warm bread and butter as well. I've never been disappointed here! The food is great and I love the atmosphere. Most recently we ate in the main restaurant but we have dined in the bar too, and that is also fun. Met some friends for lunch and I had the bistro burger and fries. Great flavor. Our waitress had a full house and she was waiting on the whole area. We were impressed with her. Such a positive attitude and took great care of us. One of my friends had the Pasta Yaya and that is the most popular dish. She had lots to take home. Truly an excellent fine dining experience that is reasonably priced! Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. [[HIGHLIGHT]]For such a large room, even with every table full we were able to converse in normal tones.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food was exemplary - well-prepared and well-presented. I had the blackened tilapia with wild rice and broccoli, and every bite was excellent. My partner enjoyed one of their salad with salmon, and her salmon was perfectly cooked. This is a great local neighborhood spot for a nice yet casual dinner. The atmosphere is classy with white tablecloths, but I've seen customers wear hats, and they didn't stand out. They have excellent salads for $12-16 (my favorite is the Southwest Salad). A 6 ounce filet is $29, far less than the high-end steakhouses around town, and I've been pleased with the tenderness. I usually double up on the veggie medley as a side instead of getting potatoes and they are delicious! The Chokes & Cheese appetizer is their specialty, and it's incredible (can't go wrong with soft pita and a cream cheese-based dip). However, their complimentary bread and butter is delicious too if you only want to order entrees. The only downside for me is I have not been happy with their red wine selections. I have tried the $6.50 Cabernet (cheapest one), and it was sweet. Cabs aren't sweet! I also tried the $14 red blend and it was not like standard red blends. I'm usually not picky, but struggle to find a good red here. Their cocktail list looks amazing though. The bar area is a bit small, but it's a fun environment with a booth, a few high top tables, and less than 10 chairs directly at the bar. They take reservations and parking is ample. Started out with soup of the day for my husband. He requested bread that came long after his soup was finished. We just sent it back but honestly should've saved it to try our burgers on. Maybe they're having a bread issue today because I requested a regular bun (several sandwiches on the menu come with buns) instead of the sour dough bun the burger comes on and was told the chef said no. They didn't have enough of the other buns. The service was EXTREMELY slow although the restaurant was almost completely empty a little before 1 on a Saturday. Back to the food... both of ours came on sourdough buns. These buns were SO hard and stale. I was really hungry but only ate about 1/4 of the $15 burger. Maybe because the bun was so stale, but this was such a dry burger! We've gone to the Bistro for easily 20 + years because it's near home. The last 2 times have been boring food with such mediocre service. I'm wondering if the efficient manager is no longer there. I haven't seen her the last few times we've been there. I really hate to bash a locally owned place especially because of how Covid has affected local businesses, but it'll be awhile before we go back here. read more

Delicious food, fantastic service. We appreciated this great chill spot late in the afternoon. As Cali natives, we are on a roll to find some of Tulsa's Best to better acquaint ourselves with the city. We started off with the Chokes & Cheese plate served with cream cheese ~ yes, delicious, but I must say that their Homemade Bistro Chips were phenomenal! Their homemade ranch dip sauce made the combo scrumptious! It was just the 3 of us, and we ate that, the plate and another 1/2 plate! No joke. For our main entrees, my husband ordered the Crab Stuffed Trout, and that was truly enjoyable...I ordered the Monterrey Turkey Wrap with a side of their Tomato Bisque and it was OK...I ordered the two together because most wraps needs a zest of something and definitely this wrap was no different. We popped in Saturday. Unbeknownst to us. They were closing early for a Christmas party. However, they served us anyway! Our server was super friendly. The food was great. My son got the hamburger and french fries. I tried several of the fries and will definitely be back for that next time my friend and I shared the Caprese salad and chicken piccata. What happened to this place???? Did I walk into Luby's cafeteria? Heavy, loud bartender boldly YELLS "I'm all full nothing available!" I nod and wait for her attention again (my college degree had already kicked in when I saw the seats full and the "reserved" signs ;-) At which point she yells, I said we are full, I raised to the octave level she needed to interact at , "So I can't get a cocktail?" Everyone around us was served and we asked the other bartender if she could check on our order she talked to Sarah and came back and said we never ordered.
