I reached out to the Reserve multiple times for a showing (emailed through realtor twice, also through their website and called multiple times) with no response. Then their Facebook page said they had an open hours for tonight, Aug 27th 5-9pm. We were excited to go and called to confirm. The lady on the phone had no idea what I was talking about and said they didn't have one. I then asked to come and see a unit instead and she said they closed in 15min (however they didn't actually close for 55min) and wouldn't allow me to come. It should not be this hard to get a viewing of an apartment and it shows such poor management. I will no longer be looking to rent here.
