At first glance, the menu is a bit overwhelming on the chalk board and it is a bit much to even know what to order especially if you've never been here before but once you figure out what you want, it's all a breeze from there. The pretty girls at The Blended Berry take your order, submit it and the rest of the girls get to work on building you a delicious, aesthetic and fresh bowl of your dreams. We didn't even ask what size they were and just ordered up. I got the magic dragon pitaya bowl and my hubby got the peanut berry protein açaí bowl. They were both incredible and delicious on their own! I will say, what stole the show was their fresh peanut butter coating the whole bowl, I'm still hating on it and should've totally ordered some on the side but also to go! These bowls were not just pretty, they were delicious healthy and filling. They had the right amount of toppings to smoothie and were the perfect bite every single time. I'm super obsessed with the two of them and we kept sharing each other's bowls of how delicious they both were. I'm sure their juices and smoothies are also as delicious and if you want some extra little goodies be sure to check out their protein balls in the fridge. I'm not one of those people to "complain" about the bathrooms in a review because seriously who cares, I'm there for the food. But thissssssss might be the one time I do. Cute spot by the cape. I came during the winter and it was quick service. Everything is priced reasonably and the vibe was very chill. A few seats, nice place to sit and chat over a light bite. Very simple and clean ingredients. The Cucumber Cooler without ice was refreshing and the avocado toast was freshly made (you can tell by the fork marks). It's something you can make at home; take that how you like but it's because the ingredients are simple and fresh. I ordered a smoothie on the website for the Falmouth location but after I ordered it showed up at the Buzzards Bay location. I called Buzzards Bay 30 seconds after and informed them of the error on the website..... figuring they would just switched to the Falmouth location. Again 30 seconds (probably less) after placing my order, I spoke to one person briefly and she spoke to someone in the background and told them they had already made the order, man that was quick I said OK how do we have Falmouth make this? Nice staff and lots of choices for different types of things you can get. I'm giving this 4 stars because I think the açaí bowls are good, but not outstanding. I get the Peanut Berry Protein Bowl and tried the Show Me The Honey Oatmeal Bowl. I've also tried one of the smoothies, but can't remember which ones. They have a lot of smoothie choices. Definitely worth a go if you're near Buzzards Bay or near town in Falmouth. I wouldn't drive far for this. Plus it's in a really busy location and easy to miss, but on a main road off a rotary, so can be tricky to get here. I've missed it a couple times even with my GPS! read more

Smoothie was fine as expected. It's the order ahead system that they have in place. I ordered online this morning with the intention of popping my dog in the car, driving there and running in to pick up and then running a few errands. What happened when I arrived was surprising. I went to the pick up counter and noticed a sign that says if you've ordered online or ahead, you have to go to the register to check in first. This wouldn't be a problem if there were just a few people in line but on a busy Sunday morning, it's absolutely pointless to order ahead. I then proceeded to wait for about 10 to 15 minutes while the people in front of me in line who had also been standing there for 10 to 15 minutes got to the register and still had no idea what they wanted to order, struggled with the payment system/paid with cash, and fumbled over whether or not they were going to tip. The girl in front of me had also placed a pick up order for about 15 people which had not been assembled in the bags yet. The one girl (of the 25 people behind the counter) that was working the register, then left her post to assemble her packages. Another girl came to the register and again tried to help the girl in front of me instead of going to the next person in the line, and went down to check on the girl who had been at the register that was now assembling her order. She kind of came back and I said to her "I have a dog in the car, and I ordered ahead but I really don't have time for this. I don't know what's going on here, but this is very inefficient." She lets me know it ok to just go to the counter and ask for your order and I noted that the sign clearly states otherwise. She got my order and I asked to speak to a manager. I explained this entire situation. Her response to me was well sorry you don't agree with our system. Anybody in their right mind would not agree with the system, when they had six people ahead of them in line that had already picked up their order before you even got to the register to tell them your order ahead item (which was ready) needed to be picked up. It's absolutely pointless, one of the 25 people that you have behind the counter should just be standing at the pick up counter, slinging smoothies, and order ahead. The entire point of ordering ahead is not to wait in line. Get a clue. read more

It really is a shame how some good food can be ruined by terrible service. These people were rude, conceited and full of angst for their customers. If their smiles were plastered on they were fake and full of contempt for their job. Appears to me like a bunch of people who care much more for themselves than the customer. The food was okay. Toast was okay, lacking in substance. Avocado sparsely spread upon thin flavorless multigrain. The presentation was ingratiating and didn't make up for the lack of fulfilling nutrients. Bowl was subpar and far too sweet. What's the point of a health bowl if what I'm consuming is a glorified dessert. Really disappointed in Blended Berry. Have heard my friends who have gone there have all had the same reaction. Fair, overpriced "health" foods, accompanied by a group of mean angry staff. As an athlete and health freak I was let down. I even felt guilty for ordering a bowl I thought would be a great post-workout meal. Left there with nothing but the taste of saturated granola and frustration on my tongue. Money poorly spent. The granola wasn't the best (reminded me of rice crisps) and although I love goji berries they get hard and chewy in the mix . None of their bowls come with almond butter (only peanut butter) but I was able to add it for $2. The bowl had honey on it which was a first for me. Also, the coconut seemed like generic sweetened coconut not raw coconut that I've had at other juice bars. It was still very tasty but in comparison to other bowls I've had it was ok/good. read more
