I explained my situation but again she called her "Good arbitrator friend" who threaten monetary sanctions against me if i didn't sign the documents. The absolute most unscrupulous realtor one could ever imagine. Her "comps" did not even include the…read moretwo identical houses each less than 10 doors down from my own, but instead included ONLY houses on the other side of the freeway that look much like mine but are known to be less desirable due to their location, albeit still within a small radius of my home. The reason for this action is because Maria sells in volume. She would much rather underestimate the value of a lot of homes and make many sales quickly and easily than give the seller the true value of their house but actually have to do some work to get that amount. Second, she lies. Several times I caught her in a lie, the most egregious I felt was when she let me list with a 90 day period to vacate. She verbally agreed to this and it WAS WHAT I SIGNED ON THE AGREEMENT (of course I had a copy of this as well). She listed it on the MLS with 30 days. I noticed this and called her, but she argued that 90 days was absurd and nobody gets that long. But it's what I signed! And she signed as well! And speaking of MLS listing, she waited 11 days to post it on MLS after I signed. I'm no realtor, but I believe the law states it must be within 48 hours...and I know the reason for that law. I could go on and on, but I'll stop here.
