Bereits während des Telefongesprächs wurde ich auf freundliche und fachkundige Weise beraten. Herr Kallscheuer nahm im Salon viel Zeit in Anspruch, um mir alles genau zu erklären. Hier wurde deutlich, dass Expertenwissen vorhanden war. Mir wurde mit einer tollen Perücke geholfen. Die Beschaffenheit und der Farbton begeistern mich. Die Abwicklung erfolgte recht unkompliziert und zügig. Horst Kallscheuer, vielen Dank an alle im Team. Bitte macht weiter so. Empfehlung!

I went there with a Groupon voucher and I was treated as a second-class customer…read more First of all, none of the chiefs (P and J) came to welcoming me as a new customer. Instead they hurried to welcoming the regular-customers as soon as they came into the shop. Second, I was not expecting to be served by the most skilled hairstylist in there but at least not by the latest hairstylist working there. The hair stylist that served me was clearly one of the last hairstylist employed there due to his poor consulting and cut skills. When you go to such as renowned hairstylist shop, you are expecting from them to cut your hair according to your hair, face, head, neck and shoulders features. Of course none of this was considered. The hairstylist had in mind one and only cut and it does not matter if that does not enhance your features. The result was: he cut and dry my hair even if I was still saying that I did not like them because the cut was not enhancing the shape of my face. So with my hair completely dry and already style, he tried to cut more for compensating the disaster but it was too late and I stopped him before it was a completely catastrophe. I would recommend to not go there, the service they offer it is not worth the money they pretend to be paid for.
