I was due to get my hair done this afternoon and was told this morning on the phone that someone always returns the calls but this was not the case. I was also told my appointment was no longer available. The person was also meant to call back to try and get me another appointment and never did. I always pre pay and have been going to this salon for years. I was left with no appointment so therefore I won't be back and will not recommend this salon to anyone. This isn't the first time they have cancelled my appointment and have left me waiting.

Yes, the products are all pretty high end, but the girls who work there are always on hand to give you some advice, wrap your purchase beautifully for you and send you on your merry way again!
