If I could leave 0 stars I would! We were so excited to come to boiling crab as our experience in the past has been great at other locations. But this location was not the same. Service was terrible! Our server was no where to be found until we got the check. We had ordered two corns the bag only came with one so we asked for another one because we thought our server must of forgot to add one they made us check through our food to check if we only had two, instead of trusting our word it was so belittling to be treated as if we would steal a two dollar corn. Now I've been to boiling crab multiple times. Food was fast service started out great. But the choice of music was a bit inappropriate. Now it would have been noticed unless my teenage daughter pointed out that it was disgustingly disrespectful towards women. I listened heard what it was saying and politely asked if they can please change the genre. After that we we were not only ignored but our server changed to someone we had to flag down to get our check to leave. and music stayed the same. First time I've ever had an issue at this location. Finally tried The Boiling Crab!! I'm giving four stars because after all it turns out I'm not too much of a crab boil fan. However our servers did us well! Thanks to Syd and G for being patient and thorough with the answers to all our newbie questions. I knew what i was getting myself into mentally but was not sure I was prepared physically lol. When we walked in I already knew I was not to fond of the smell. The restaurant was cool though, pretty clean for people making a mess after mess. The waitresses were on top of their game and so were the hosts. We did wait about 20 min on a Thursday night but no issue with that since we were not in a hurry. I ordered shrimp, corn and potatoes, my son went with snow crab as it was recommended for the value and my husband a whole lobster and corn and my daughter had the chicken tenders and fries. The food came out pretty quickly it was all hot and we made such a mess! Lol I'd definitely recommend gloves and a bib since we passed up gloves I regretted it the whole night! No one likes to hear their children crying because they are hungry. I told him if he changed the channel to some of the TVs people would start to get up and allow other guests to dine. And you wouldn't be able to have a better customer flow. Instead with an attitude he claimed CORPORATE told him they MUST play the game on every TV and they can't kick people out. I told him you wouldn't be kicking them out they would leave willingly. This is a restaurant where people come to eat this is not a sports bar. Food is consistent with OC locations and seating is as expected for Boiling Crab. I always get 1 Pound of Shrimp, Whole Sha-bang, Medium, with potatoes, and Cajun fries medium. Service is great, ambiance is bustling. Seems to be a fan favorite for sports game days, so be wary of those dates to avoid high occupancies and long wait times! read more

She was friendly and personable, just how we like our hosts. She made our experience enjoyable and memorable for my husband's special day. Wish they had something sweet for him to acknowledge his special day but it's ok. Jaidyn and the rest of the team checked in on us frequently and made sure we had everything we needed.
