At one point we had told her to got the a lower price and they took it upon themselves to adjust the price even lower without concent. Originally we had winter pictures and had ask her to come out and take newer spring ones since we had opened the pool and the deck and fire pit were all set up also. She came and took one pic of the front of the house from her car and left, leaving the winter pics up on MLS. We have felt that their effort has been lack luster to say the least, not even driving to meet us in person to present the offers and explain the paperwork, emailing them and we would have to print, sign, scan, and email them back, very unprofessional. Maybe they should stick to condos and multi-million dollar listings in Chester.

We were told when we moved in that it was a fully secure building, you only have access to your own floor, but if you knew people who lived on another floor they would allow you access to that floor as well. So we encouraged our friends to move into this building as well only for the building management to pretend like they never told us this, treat us like we were stupid, and then we find out that the majority of tenants actually have access to other floors, especially ours. When we brought this up to them they told us it was a mistake and that we can't have access because it's a security issue, but they will not revoke anyone else's access either. Useless company, should be fined for lying to perspective tenants. 10/10 DO NOT RENT HERE.

They push past you to enter your apartment and will make excuses about it being an "emergency" if asked to leave. This is not at all acceptable. This is regarding Freshwater Apartments in St. John's NL. The apartment management are the worst people immagineable and do not address any actual issues with the apartments.

Having a BBQ and being able to use my AC was 2 HUGE selling features, and that they seem to be choosy about who they let rent, which meant the building was always quiet. Now, You get it sit in the humid apartments that just keep all the heat inside, you had to sell\toss out your BBQ.. it smells of weed daily, you cant even have your bedroom window open in the evenings without your apartment smelling like it. You walk out into the hallways and its all you can smell. Good luck if anyone comes to visit cause people who don't want to pay for parking just use the visitor area and they do noting about it. What used to be a nice quiet place to live has gone down hill.. and it really sucks!
