The property is right near Cactus Country which is a destination in of itself. Rooms are clean and have new furniture and appliances. Quiet, spacious and with comfortable beds. A breakfast pack is provided too.

We decided we needed a break between Xmas and New year and we knew any where on the coast would be busy and booked up and we decided to inland & so we discovered Langford House and booked 4 nights. Our room was large with a lovely bathroom but what I really loved about the stay was the house, the gardens, the kitchen and what a lovely welcoming hosts Spencer and Corrie were with out being intrusive. Tocumwal is a great little town close to Rutherglen wineries with the Murray winding it's way through the Town. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a weekend away from Melbourne or Victoria or the Riverina.
