Went on Friday to the Rolls-Royce Foundation in Mechanicsburg Pennsylvania of all places. (The…read moreother foundation is in Northamptonshire, England.) It does a number of things: Keeps records on all Rolls Royces and Bentley's built on one side of the world and who were their owners, restores them, and has a museum with currently 29 cars. Our tour guide Sarah Is one of a couple research librarians there who also gives tours. She was extremely knowledgeable and immensely pleasant during our tour. I thought it would be an interesting experience because I love cars but it was even more than I expected. I went with a few other people that are not into cars at all and they found the museum very interesting and enjoyable too. I really encourage you to check out this hidden gem in Mechanicsburg. No entrance fee but $5 suggested donation. **Make sure you call ahead of time so that you have a tour guide dedicated to you if you want one and to make sure that you can get in because they have a lot of groups that tour the museum on different days.

Easy in and out, paved interior roads, gravel sites. Some sites slope front to back a bit, but a level spot can be found. Quiet unless you are in the sites near 283 (higher numbered sites on each row). Clean pool, easy turns and clearances for big rigs. Delighted to visit again when touring the area.

My air conditioner couldn't even drown out the noise. I got minimal sleep. I didn't try the pool. The bathroom/showers were nice. Unlevel campsites, the septic and water sat WAY back from the pad.. If it weren't for the hwy noise I would of stayed longer. I wont return because of that. The city is nearby, its an URBAN campground..Pine trees that drip pitch :(

This is the second time we got to pack boxes for those folks that are in need and it makes you feel good for sure . The staff here at the central Pennsylvania food bank are so friendly, kind and helpful and they definitely appreciate the time you give . We look forward to getting back up there and packing more boxes and we have to beat the record of 141 boxes .
