Careerbuilder is abused by intolerant, ignorant recruiters. The government website is starting to give us good service and is actively testing for fraud. I am very impressed by this new job board and even though my resume isn't perfect, I have an 82 score on my resume and I like the service. With NC-works, your knocking out the "sponsors", getting DOL labor statistics, and and kicking out most of the recruiters. I have never been hired by a recruiter in my life and I don't feel like playing their games.
