The racks were neatly sorted and stocked and everything appeared tidy (with the exception of the cashier area-there were piles of things that people either returned or abandoned that were awaiting return to inventory.) When I visited, perhaps all the staff was out on the floor making sure it was presentable, because there was only one cashier and she was not able to keep up with the line of people waiting to check out. It was a long wait. It might be worth looking at the staffing and what they are prioritizing.
