I have had contact by email with manager/ owner in Campbell River B.C. about my floor damage. I…read moregave him a quote for the material to fix the floor that was $382.71 plus tax. I told him that I have a relative that would do the job for me at no cost. The damage is in a very highly visible spot and is a rip about 4 inches long in the linoleum. After much discussion he was only willing to give me two hundred and fifty dollars to help with the expense of the job. I need it done so I agreed to the amount and I am picking up the the cheque today.

I received a whole new door. We weren't happy with the mattress that we chose and they returned it and we got what we wanted in a matter of two days. I have spent a lot of money in this store over the years but recently ordered an item which I…read morethought was a little expensive, before ordering I checked what it would cost in Vancouver but ordered locally as I like to support the community. Well i saw the bill and said it was over $100 more than Vancouver and maybe 200 more than online. Justine said that was incorrect they had to charge a set price, she did check later and confirmed the lower pricing. Her other comment rather than being sympathetic was she should have charged me more! Really disappointed in the manner in which this was handled, customer service and social media are big today.
