The worst experience. I bought a fridge from the Brick in 07/24. My fridge arrived with a cracked crisper, the crack grew more as it was used. I reached out to the Brick's customer service on the day it was delivered, and they ordered a new crisper. Customer did not contact me with updates, every time I reached out they had no information to give me. Then, as the months went by I would contact them for updates and they began to simply ignore me. Multiple email went without a response from the Brick's customer service team. When I finally got a response, they were not able to tell me what was going on, still, 5 months later. The replacement part finally arrived, with no notice, 6 months after I bought the fridge and contacted the Brick's customer service about the damaged part. I have had another disappointing experience buying from the Brick. I had bought a couch that immediately started pilling and looked 10 years old within a year. They did not stand behind their product. I should have learned my lesson after my first dismal experience. I will never buy from the Brick again, and would never recommend them. read more

Purchased stove, dishwasher, 75" TV, and one insanely expensive fridge. After getting the stuff finally delivered we realized there were issues with the bottom freezer door not closing properly which would cause it to frost up, shortly after we decided to try the water dispenser only to realize it was leaking everywhere inside the fridge, freezer, onto our floors. Upon calling the brick to report the issue we were told there was nothing they could do as it had been more th 48 hours and now it was up to the manufacturer to deal with the issues. These people are scam artists, selling trash and then leaving you holding the bill with nowhere to turn afterwards. This place should be shut down. I will absolutely never buy from them again, and will go above and beyond to ensure everyone knows how they treat you once they have your money. I would give this rat-hole a zero, but unfortunately they wouldn't allow it. The 1 star is a pity star. read more

Purchased a reclining couch in 2019 with extended warranty. In April 2022, the power headrest stopped working. - Filed a warranty claim on-line as directed to by store staff. Waited a week with no reply. Called the store and was told they wanted more pictures for the warranty claim. Emailed them what they requested.. waited another week with no reply. Called the store and was informed that "they do not have a technician in the area we live" and that they never did have one there, even when they sold us the warranty ! We had two options, accept a settlement offer of $150. Or rerurn the couch and receive a credit of what we paid for it towards a new couch. We went in and selected the new couch, paid the difference in cost, and arranged to return the old one and pick up the new one two days later. We arranged a vehicle and help to load the old couch, and returned it to the store. They unloaded the old couch and went to load the new one when I noticed they had ordered the wrong colour couch. Then I was informed that they were not going to honour the warranty, because the old couch had the odour of our dog on it. I had the option of taking the old couch home, or they were going to "throw it in the dumpster" We paid $250 for a warranty that they refuse to honour, as well as the cost of vehicle and gas to take old couch to store ( about 65km away) If you are thinking of purchasing from this store, be advised that they do not honour their warranty or what they tell you ! read more

Thank you Brendan! This matter has been pleasantly resolved. Bought a recliner 8 months ago and the seam on the arm opened up and frayed. It is on the top outside of the arm, and the is a small round table beside it. I called the brick to have someone come and look at it. Two men came in, took a picture, while commenting on my little dog. Today, I received a call and was told warranty doesn't cover "pet damage". My other recliner and sofa, that I in fact bought from the Brick a couple of years ago, have not a mark, tear or so called "pet damage". I put in a subsequent complaint by email in the evening, and Brendan from the Brick in Sudbury called me the very next morning, with an apology, and assured me that the chair would be replaced immediately. I bought new appliances and was told after paying for installing the microwave, that they can only install it between 9 and 12 on weekdays, which does not work with my schedule. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time. The fridge was delivered a few weeks later and I was told that it would be installed 24 to 48 hours later. I heard nothing and called after 4 days, they said that they would look into it. It has now been over a week and it's still not installed. I have called again and still nothing. Worst service ever. Bought living-room furniture in April 2018 and after 3 monthsof waiting and no delivery date in site we were given a coffee table from the showroom floor with marks on it. Order a bedroom set in December 2019 and was told it would be available Jan. 5. Told today maybe it will be available March 1. They have received my money, but my daughter is still sleeping in the floor. Terrible service, will never shop there again. Paid an admin fee if $89.95 to not pay for 12 months, in reality it's dont pay till you receive your furniture. Do not shop there. read more

I bought a bunch of furniture, about 10 grand worth of stuff. They delivered most but I had to pick up my coffee and end tables, but after breaking nearly every piece I ordered while they moved it inside my home I decided it'd be better to go in and pick it up myself so I didn't have to take another day off and waste watching those retards throw my very expensive couch out of the back of the delivery truck and so on. When I did take the hour long drive to pick up the rest of my stuff, the guys (idiots) loading the stuff in my car slammed my one door on my brand new car so hard without even looking if the box with table inside would clear it completly shattered the inside plastic of my rear door. All while I was trying to tell him to be careful cause I could see from the front seat that it wasn't gonna close properly. After months of fighting with them, they did pay for the damages straight through Toyota, not an aftermarket mechanic. My issue with The Brick at this point only has to do with the muppets they hire to deliver and load your stuff. read more

well, where do I start?? we bought a nice leather couch, and 2 rocker recliners from the Sudbury store about 2 1/2 yrs. ago. the dye is fading terribly off the couch where my head touches, and the arm rest and some off the side. we went today to see if there was anything they could do about it. when we showed the guy there a picture, he said, did you buy the extended warranty?? we said, no, he said, there's nothing we can do to help you. we asked if he could find out the right color of dye we would need to fix it ourselves, he said, no, you should have bought the extended warranty.. I told them, so, after the warranty is done, you don't want anything to do with us, right?? he didn't know what to say to that. you know, they can go to hell as far as I we're concerned. NEVER and we mean NEVER will we buy any of the damn JUNK you guys sell. If that's the way you buttheads treat your customers..screw you all.
