Always a good place to pick up some CD/DVD/game bargains when they have a sale on. As you would expect from a mainstream outlet like this they are always fully stocked with popular and new releases. If however you are after more obscure titles the staff are always helpful in ordering what you want. Just recently the store has had a re-vamp and they have made the games area much larger with a lot more demo machines so you can try before you buy and surf the web to find your next purchase.

Upstairs you have top man and general guy stuff including shoes. There's a smart section with suits that also has an exit to Rampant Horse street. The clothes are generally ok and made to suit the xxs type no problem. There's changing rooms in this level that may or may not be staffed but I've never had a problem taking anything back that didn't fit on second try. They will even refund things bought online. They do student discount of about 15% as well.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful and the actual shop itself is very sort of laid back and casual not like some other department stores. The clothes are well laid out, so it's easy to get around the store, even if you have a push chair. Jewellery, underwear and shoes are located at the back of the store, behind the 9-15 section. There is always a good sale going on, and constatnly a good few offers! The changing rooms can be a little cramped, depending on which one you're in, but they are a lot of them, so you rarely have to queue.

Unfortunately there is no changing room and although they are happy for you to bring things back if they don't fit I do think this is a bit of a draw back and it does put me off buying clothes from here.
