We had someone else come out and tell us "Well...you're 13 years into a 15 year roof and you're about due". They didn't even go up on the roof. Well we panicked as it wasn't a good time financially (is it ever?) for a large repair. I submitted an online request for a free estimate from Dick's Roof Repair late yesterday afternoon. Dick Pignotti came out within 24 hours and actually got up on the roof and inspected it. He told me that it wasn't that bad yet and we had another (approx) 2-5 years on it. He gave me tips and suggestions to correct any potential issues that may be causing the extra wear in some spots. I asked what it would cost to replace it, when it comes due as we will need to save for it. He gave me a rough estimate that was so very fair and feasible for us to save for when needed. I couldn't be happier. I asked for his card AND am doing this review so that I make sure that he is the one I call for any and all of our future roofing, siding, windows and gutter needs. I'm not doing a commercial....well I guess I was doing a commercial. But he deserves it! A big stress relief happened in just a short visit! I'll be using Dicks Roof Repair and only them....and so should you!

I had a toilet that was not running properly. I did everything I could think of to fix the problem and was unable to. I was directed to Jon who deals with plumbing. I.e. in the 25 years of owning my homes, I've never had to deal with a plumber. Jon was able to come out the next morning, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was running properly before he left. At the show everybody I dealt with from the company was very personable and professional. This was a great experience, I would highly recommend them.

Rohner never shows up when they say, only looks at stuff when owners are not around and claims to see nothing wrong, promised to reseal our driveway again last year and never called back. Recently had some wind damage. Took several tries to get in touch with them. Finally set up an appointment for an estimate...they missed it. Set up another one...they missed it. Got a quote and appointment for the repairs over text...they missed it AGAIN. Yes, that's 3 missed appointments that were set up at their convenience without even a call. Don't waste your time! He told me to F*** off as the line of cars trying to pull into the lot from the drive thru was backing up and preventing anybody from getting parked to wait for food. The entire parking lot away from the door and handicapped and few other fronts spots was open. He may do good work but at what cost. He even prevented someone from backing out of their handicapped spot until after he finally left. To you sir you can rot in hell.

Jim came in and told me what I needed, what I didn't need, and delivered in a timely manner. Great guy and he was accommodating to my more inflexible schedule. Work done: fire protective boxes over two can lights extending from upstairs bathroom to attic, replaced uninsulated duct work from both bathrooms, added chutes for air flow from soffets, and sprayed on insulation to bring us to R50...from R26 (and less than what Home Depot said we needed and wanted to charge us for. Work was done on morning of 12/9/16. Our 2nd story, where our bedrooms and a bathroom are, seemed like it was at least 5-7 degrees warmer by that night. The difference continues to be felt this morning when we woke up to a 20 degree day. He quickly diagnosed all the improperly installed areas and even areas with no insulation. We were quoted a very fair price and knowing our rather desperate attic condition, Jim rearranged his schedule to accommodate us. Upon completion of the work, Jim actually lowered the price because he used less product in less time than originally planned.
