First time here. We moved and I needed to find a new brow place. This one isn't it, for me. Unfortunately, the chairs are uncomfortable, her hands aren't the most gentle, and it's an empty vibe. My eyebrows are thinner than I'm used to, and it doesn't seem shaped well to me. Perhaps because I've had more quality experiences and better results for the same price, I won't return. Oh well. To improve, I encourage rose oil napkins to wipe the face after (like some places), better chairs, something warm and inviting in the space, a welcoming smile... I can say this is now my go to place to get my eyebrows threaded. I usually get my eyebrows waxed. But since threading lasts longer and I have given it a shot in California before, I decided to try this one out. It's a pretty small room. It looks like a hair salon but just imagine 3 chairs with 3 tall mirrors. I went sometime before 7pm and there was a line of customers inside. It was that busy that I couldn't find a seat to sit down. Only one employee was there threading. So I had about a 30 minute wait which was no problem. I must of came just when rush hour was ending since I was one of the last people to go. When it was my turn, I told the lady what I wanted. My eyebrows are already thick and has it's shape, so I just wanted to get it cleaned. Wow was she quick. She finished both of my eyebrows in minutes! When she was done, she gave me a tissue and a mirror to check if I'm happy the way she threaded my eyebrows. I sure was content. I wiped the rest of the fallen hairs and went to pay. 8 bucks for just eyebrow threading!? YES PLEASE. There is no other cheaper price I've heard for just eyebrow threading. I went here on a whim because I wanted to get my brows shaped a bit, so I decided to try this place. I walked in, only had to wait for like two minutes for another customer to finish up, and then was sat down to get threaded. The process literally took less than 5 minutes and I love the way my brows look. (I've never gotten my brows done... like ever... so I had quite a lot of stray brows. I've been getting by brows threaded here for over 2 years and honestly can't imagine going elsewhere! The service is impeccable and I'm always greeted kindly by the staff. I've had my brows done by about three different women depending on the day,but if you visit and find a favorite -ask her name- and they'll tell you what days you can find them working. The location is clean, easy to get to off of Route 7 and stays open pretty late-which I appreciate! I can say that the busiest day is definitely Friday after 5! So if you come during that timeframe, be prepared for a little bit of a wait. But there is comfortable seating and tv for a little entertainment! Another huge reason why I continue to come here is the price. $8 is amazing! I used to pay $13 in Tysons Corner and now I'm happy to save my gas and $5 coming here instead! read more

The young lady on that works the weekend is marvelous, pays great attention to detail and remembers how I like my brows. I'm very picky, so "pleased" is an understatement. I just moved to Sterling and in desperation on my way home from work stopped at this random place. I walked in and blindly trusted the random lady who greeted me. She shaped my brows great, but did miss a few strays. When she did my upper lip, she was kind of rough and again missed a few hairs. That being said it was cheap, I didn't have to wait, and my brow shape was great! A few other girls came in and asked for a specific person. I would definitely go back and try someone new. Honestly, this place deserves much more recognition. I've tried PLENTY (and I mean PLENTY) of different salons that wax or thread your eyebrows and this by far has to be my absolute favorite. So disappointed that they charged me twice on my credit card. I complained and talked to the owner, and she promised a refund back to my credit card. After 2 days, she said I need to go back to the store to get cash back . Who wants to have to drive back in order to get refund. I will not go back to that store anymore!!! I have followed this business from its old location at the other end of this strip mall to this location. This location is newly renovated and nice. There are three ladies who work here. I go to Harjeet or Tara for threading. Both are good. My tip is be clear on what you want and make sure to communicate before threading and you will be fine. One con I find is that they do not take appointments. Expect a wait depending how many people are ahead of you. There is a seating area. The tv is always on and expect to watch bollywood! I had a great experience with Hadgie. She shaped my brows so nicely I didn't have to fill them in at all the next day after I washed my makeup off. A good tip is even if your eyebrows are tremendously overgrown- is to fill them in the way you like. It makes it easier for them to understand what you like in regard of shape.
