I only let one person thread my eyebrows and she lives in Orlando so I stick to waxing. It had been awhile since my eyebrows had been done and I decided to see if there was any threading spots near the area I happened to be in. The brow spot popped up and decided to stop by. Luckily I was able to walk in and was seen pretty quickly. I can't remember the name of the lady who threaded me but she did a great job with the exception of her losing her hands on the thread several times. I was super happy with how they turned out. The cost was $20. Definitely a new spot for my brows!!

looove my brows , just moved from Los Angeles to Miami and was nervous to find a brow spot that I loved because I had a person I was going to for years in LA. Omg this is THE WORST! tint I have ever got. They RUINED my eyebrowws. Then made me pay for it. I have never had my eyebrows look so bad I'm in tears n Valentine's Day with big black catipillars on my eyes. I said light brown and she didn't even give them shape. She just painted over my whole face expecting the brow to just take on the hairs and not give my brow any definition. Her co worker tried to fix it but she had tinted one eyebrow too far in that. I the co worker couldn't fix it and now I look terrible. For a place that says they special in eyebrows I'm am MORTIFIED. They took my friends lashes off and still left glue on there. DO NOT trust them with your face it's too precious to undergo anything to embarrass you the way I feel I hate this place can't work like this. My body is my livelihood as a model this is my worst nightmare!!!!

Honestly I wasn't really impressed I expected coming here going to Meghan she would take care of me! But sadly no and she thinned my eyebrows out! My eyebrows were soo thick and now I have to spend another 2 months growing and drawing them on. What's worst is I told her not to thin them before hand.

I had such a great experience at Brow Spot Threading! From the moment I walked in, the space felt clean, welcoming, and super relaxing exactly the vibe you want when you're trusting someone with your brows. The threading itself was quick, precise, and honestly one of the least painful experiences I've had. My brows came out perfectly shaped clean, defined, but still natural. They really took their time to make sure everything was symmetrical and flattering to my face, which I appreciated so much. What stood out to me the most was the attention to detail and how kind and professional the staff was. You can tell they genuinely care about their work and their clients. I have been doing my eyebrows already with aridia for about 4 months ... i went from having an eyebrow tech for 11years & her moving away to having to find the RIGHT ONE. I am super super picky with my eyebrows but when i did so much research i found this spot & i couldn't be happier!!!! Aridia shapes them into perfection & the compliments come every time. I wasn't too thrilled with my experience here The girl who took care of me looked like she could care less about what she was doing The energy and attitude is everything and it wasn't there Usually i have my eyebrows trimmed and then threaded. She got eight to it. Not was nothing to write home about. I will find another place to go in the future. read more

The first time I came here they did an excellent job, I returned today after not getting my eyebrows done for almost three months because I wanted to grow them out for my graduation, unfortunately the person I got this time messed them up big time!! I clearly told her, that I didn't want them thin, and that's exactly what she did. From the beginning, it didn't feel right, she took so long on my right eyebrow and that's the one she took too much hair off. I look so different, I don't like them at all. I don't even feel like myself. I don't know if I'm mad, sad, or both read more

i wish i could give 3.5 stars instead of 3, but unfortunately they dont deserve 4. i guess i had high expectations of this spot, based on the reviews, but upon walking in, the interior seemed a little dingy and unkept. the guy at the desk wasnt cheery at all, he was bland and unwelcoming. he literally just said one word to me when i walked in .. "eyebrows". i wasnt sure what he said bc i guess i was expecting a hello or a sentence like "would you like your eyebrows done today" or something ?! very strange. so, in terms of my eyebrows, my tech lady made them two different sizes, one was thick and the other was thin. instead of asking me to look at them and tell her they were good, she just walked away toward the front desk when she was "done". i called her back over to the chair to fix my uneven brows, and so she did. i just didnt feel like they have a grasp on customer service whatsoever. i definitely wont be back, sorry ! read more

Got my brows done today and I'm OBSESSED! First off I have to say that I am so happy they were able to accommodate me as a walk in on such a busy day. There was a bit of a wait (which I expected) but not nearly as much as I thought. I only waited about 10 minutes and then had the pleasure of meeting Aridia. She was super nice and explained exactly how she was going to shape my brows according to my brow shape and hair growth. read more

I love this spot and have been going for a few months but just woke up to the absolute worse cut I've ever gotten from threading. Very surprised the girl who usually does my brows didn't take me. I didn't request her because I figured they must have been doing rotations. Not sure what the tan girls name is that was working yesterday but thank god I have concealer. Megan is amazing! I've been here at least 3 times so far and I always leave so happy with my brows. I was recommended to Megan (sorry if I spelled wrong) by a friend and I'm so glad I took the chance and came in. My brows can get pretty unruly and she knows exactly how to shape them without making them thin. If you're allergic to wax like me, this is place for you because they offer threading. The salon is clean and offers a variety of services from facials to micro blading. If you have a big event you can also schedule to have you make up done! The customer service is always great and you can make an appointment or walk in. I work close by so I usually make an appointment right after work. I highly recommend Brow spot to anyone in need of a great brow experience. read more

Dream Brows is the place to go for grooming your brows. Meghan is my go to girl. She has been my threader for years. She used to be at a previous location so naturally I followed her here. She is a brow magician! The hours are very accommodating, even for those with a busy schedule. The salon is clean and beautiful. Also, the atmosphere is warm and inviting. This was my first time having my brows threaded. I was nervous because of the reviews and so many saying to go to Meghan....but I NEEDED to have my brows done because I'm in a parade tomorrow. Aridia did a fantastic job and I am VERY happy with them! She listened to what I wanted, explained how she was going to help me get that look and then lightly primed and powdered my newly threaded brows, as I watched. As far as people saying Aridia is rude. I wouldn't say she's rude. She's just not the cheesy smiling in your face salesperson acting like they're your BFF. I, personally, like that. If you want someone to gush over you, she's not the one (thank goodness)...she is focused, professional and now has a new client because of it. It's ok if others will never be back. That leaves room for Dream Brows'new regulars, including me....and the hellified amount of people that were there waiting, standing room only, even OUTSIDE !I have learned that I will need to make an appointment. They allow walk-ins, but you have to understand they will fit you in when they can. I was ok with it and I'm glad I stayed. read more

I'm obsessed with Brow spot. The staff is always super nice especially Aridia and margi. I always used to wax until I got tired of waxing, waxing was messing up my eyebrows. Aridia told me to go to her shop and it's a total experience. My eyebrows have grown thicker and they actually look the same. If you're thinking about coming here don't think just GO ! I always get anxiety whenever I need to do my eyebrows because they most likely come out horrible. One time, a lady threaded my eyebrows and she gave me gangster eyebrows, with a slit in the middle. But after reading the reviews, I decided to give them a try. And omg I cannot stop looking at my eyebrows in the mirror! Threading usually hurts, for some reason it didn't here. I also got my eyebrows tinted in, and they look ahhh mazing! So happy I finally found a great place to do my eyebrows! Place was clean and cute. Everyone was friendly. I came in on a Saturday without an appointment but was still seen rather quickly. read more

I can't believe I forgot to write a review! I am soooo glad I found Megan and Aridia. I used to go to where they used to work and after they left and those people lied to me about their whereabouts, I went to social media to find them and thats how I found Dream Brows! I've always been so pleased with how they do eyebrows, I'm so glad I found them. All the girls there do a great job, customer service is top notch they are friendly and inviting. Especially the girl who mans the front desk, shes always so friendly and very patient. I always recommend Dream Brows and because of my review on the last place, I've been able to bring back a lot of girls who had been looking for Megan and Aridia! Make sure to make an appt, the wait time can be long especially on busier days like the weekends. read more

I went to this spot trying to find a less expensive service im a guy who gets ears, nose & brows cleaned up once a month at a high end spa my sister goes to, where i pay $55 here they charged me $36 great i thought ill save some money and its closer, (its just waxing) how wrong i was the tech was less through my girlfriend said there was so much hair left every where and to boot there was white wax all in my ear when i got home :(( I guess ill be paying more from now on!! read more

I went in yesterday and told Stephanie I just wanted a clean-up, since it had been a while. I specifically mentioned that I like my brows thick and natural. Instead, she completely changed the shape and removed a large portion of my brows. When I pointed it out, she blamed it on old microblading I had done years ago -- which was actually much thinner than my current shape. Rather than checking with me or confirming what I wanted, she just went ahead. Now, one eyebrow is noticeably thinner and sits higher than the other, throwing off the balance of my face. I left in tears. It took me so long to grow them back, and in a matter of minutes, all that progress was gone. Very poor service and communication. If a client says "clean up" and "I like them thick," it's your responsibility to clarify before making any drastic changes. I'm extremely disappointed and won't be returning.

Not only is he the most affordable stylist on your website, but when I asked him if Laura was the only blonde specialist, he said yes. If your blonde specialist can't even handle basic blonde coloring, why would I trust a novice stylist at your salon. Yes the service provider did a wonderful job with the shaping, but it does not justify the days of pain I've been in whenever I touch my skin. Which I've NEVER had before. I've been going to Nails 4 U for years now (Cindy is the best), and this new place opened up next door so I thought why not, let met try it. I used to get my brows threaded in New York for years and never really found a good place down here, and the girl at Brow Art 23 that used to do me moved. So in search for a new place I decided to give this place a try.. Walking in it wasn't anything special, what you would expect from a salon in that run down plaza, just a couch and some stations. The shop being completely empty on a busy day should've been a red flag but I was taken right away when there were only two technicians working that day. I told the lady, she spoke spanish but never got her name, that I wanted them cleaned up and straight. She left me with the biggest arch and completely ruined my eyebrows, and then had the nerve to tell me thats how they were. This place will NOT last too long with horrible technicians working there, and HORRIBLE customer service. At least hire a receptionist to look somewhat professional. I am a very tolerant person but I have to say that I left with NIGHTMARE brows contrary to their name DREAMBROWS. I'll go back to waxing until I find a good threading place in my area. I've been coming to The Brow Spot, formerly known as Dream Brows, for a little over a year & a half now after being referred by a co-worker. When I moved to South Florida from Ohio, naturally I panicked because I didn't know where to go or who I could trust. I've heard great things about Aridia, but I've always gone to Megan who is absolutely amazing...nobody has touched my brows (not even my home brow lady when I travel back to Ohio) in over a year. Megan is always friendly, quick and precise. She took the time to learn how I liked by brows initially and now doesn't even have to ask...I trust her work without my guidance and always leave 100% satisfied. Diverse customer base, the shop is always clean and they play music which gives off a great vibe while you wait. The receptionists have always been friendly and helpful with check-in and checkout. I live in Pembroke Pines but will forever make the drive to The Brow Spot for as long as I live in SoFlo. 5 stars with no hesitation--highly recommended. Go! This place is HORRIBLE! All these reviews must be friends of their customers, they have absolutely NO customer service AT ALL. I came in and the two "owners" were threading and never even aknowledged me and I sat down and then another client came in and signed in, so I told her I was there before her and needed to sign in and the spanish girl told me its right there and obvious that it needs to be signed into. Thats not a way to talk to a new customer that enters your business for the first time. So after being skipped repeatedly by "appointments" that kept on coming in I ended up waiting a hour and 10 minutes before being seen. The lady literally took 4 minutes to shape my bros and there was still hair around my eyes, she rushed to take her other friend that was after me. I love this spot. Its the only one I trust to touch my eyebrows. They give you a natural looking arch. If they are not open my eyebrows will stay the way they are. The place is clean and a stylish nice boutique making you feel comfortable. Love it being 5 minutes away from my home. They had a special going on where you bring a student ID and receive $2 off but they stopped mentioning it so if you know, you know, if you don't then you miss out and they won't tell you about it. Second time I've come here... not returning. I told the brow tech that I had product on my brows prior to her tinting them... it's common knowledge that if you have product, in my case gel, that the tint won't properly adhere to the hair. She said not to worry... never cleaned off the product. Then I told her I wanted black dye, she put a color too light for my brows and didn't match my hair. I'm beyond a happy client, the studio is like a home for me and the girls are always so friendly. I've tried other eyebrow spots but this is the best so far! I especially love Meghan, but everyone does a wonderful job. Their wax jobs are great too. I got a stomach wax and an arm pit which lasted a couple of weeks and even got tips on post wax moisturizers! The staff is really friendly.
