The bubble tea is amazing, and the staff is very friendly. The decor is fun. I would stay away from the food though. It's ok, but not worth the price. The fried Mac and cheese was salty. It may have been better if it came with ranch, but on it's own, meh. We have also had the dumplings. The girl made the mistake of walking out by the register with the bag of Pagoda dumplings in her hand. For anyone who doesn't know, you can buy the brand at Walmart from the frozen section. We will continue to go for the drinks, because they are so delicious and refreshing. I would have given this place a 5 star if I hadn't had the food. It is still a great addition to Kerrville! read more

We have been twice so far. The first time my wife and I both got their specialty summer tea. While good, they were very expensive. The second time we decided to avoid the high price fancy tea and just get regular flavored tea. My wife likes hers well enough, I ordered the mango and each sip was like getting slapped by said mango. I would have preferred a hint of mango to my tea, but instead the mango assaulted my taste buds like they owed Mr Mango money. read more

Great drinks, friendly staff and cool merch with one major problem. I love the drinks and I will die on the hill that Taro Tea is the best tea hands down. The staff are really friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing and fun. It loses two stars because, while it's promoted as a great hangout for writers, bloggers and people in general to use Wi-Fi and drink, the chairs are absolutely horrendous. The benches are rock hard and your body will go numb before your small drink it finished. The cool car couch is nice but no table nearby. I can't complain about the service but the horrible benches have actively kept me from coming back recently. I love the milk tea so much but as a writer, I am finding myself going to...and I'm sad to say this, Starbucks because while it's far, far from my first or second or tenth choice, they have comfortable chairs. Update: The manager/owner Brad has fantastic customer service and really appreciated the feedback. The review got updated because, unlike far too many places I've been, he is open to a critique and took it to heart. Give them your business and stop drinking burned coffee. Do it now! read more

We arrived a few minutes before it opened and were discussing if we should leave or wait when the door opened and a staffer invited us in. We were impressed! It's a nice, bright and cheery atmosphere and since it was our first time, the staffer explained the drinks. I had a blueberry lemonade with the "bubbles" (or whatever they call the added flavor bursts). It was probably the best lemonade I've ever had. My guest had a passion fruit and liked it as well. During cooler weather, we'll probably opt for hot tea but this is a stop we'll definitely visit again. Loved the outdoor seating option as well! read more

There were 3 of us who visited today. We each had a different flavored Tea and I had the 'rainbow bubbles' in my Passion Fruit which was unusual, fun and delicious!! We sat outside and spent close to an hour enjoying not only our time together but the atmosphere and the joy of watching a new business get its start!! I was in line for the Grand Opening today. For the amount of people in line the service was fantastic. The staff didn't appear stressed and were all courteous and friendly. I ordered just a unsweetened tea with lemon. It was very good just the right balance of tea and lemon. All in all I was very impressed. They also have food that can be ordered. read more

I recommend giving this trendy, fun, and delicious place a try. I had the joy of going in today and speaking to the owner. We in Kerrville are very lucky to have a business come into town that wants to offer somewhere fun and enjoyable for a variety of ages. The inside is decorated in a cute way, the drinks are very fun and tasty. The owner believes in his business and it is very important For him to understand how to make this an enjoyable experience for each customer. The two additional employees who were in the business today were so kind. I always like to take my school-age children to get a drink there because it makes them feel so special, like it's a treat out of the ordinary, and they love the fun environment. Historically I have not got a drink there, because I count calories and did not realize there was an option for me. Today, the owner showed me some of the calorie free flavors that they have, I had a sugar-free raspberry syrup with green tea and rainbow Boba. The Boba are so much fun and the flavor is wonderful. The drink was really good and showed me that there are options for me to have. I really felt like it was kind for the owner to take time to personalize my experience there. Please give this place a try, it is really a lot of fun and the drink options feel endless. And I think it's important to note that they are not just fun and fruity drinks, but they do have chilled coffee and other options. I was delighted with my drink and my kids can't say enough about the fun drinks and atmosphere. read more
