This company is only good for consultations which were $500 each. I did two consultations with Sven until I finally retained them. After they were retained. I was stuck with Hannah a new associate attorney that I believe had just graduated. I asked Sven about this and he said that I didn't want to run up my retainer fee for him to do paperwork instead of Hannah. Newsflash... I did all the paperwork. Hannah and the legal clerk would just snd over forms for me to complete. They did nothing on my case while opposing counsel ran circles around them. I spent 30k for nothing. No court hearings no proceedings. No step closer. Everything they filed could have been done by me. They sent me forms. I completed the forms and they efiled them online. I could have done this, and I did after I fired them from my case. The last straw was when there was a due date for settlement forms. I was checking dates and saw that there was A document to file by a certain timeframe I emailed Hannah the attorney working on my case and I couldn't get in touch with her. I finally got in touch with the legal clerk who told me that Hannah was out. I guess she was getting married, which is fine but who's handling my case and why haven't no one reached out to me about this document that is due in two days. The legal clerk emailed me the day before the forms were due to get me to fill out the packet. I later had a conversation with Sven and Hannah about this. They pretty much gaslit me bc I called out their unprofessional behavior. If you have a client who you know has paperwork that is due then don't wait weeks to get it done e Especially if you know you're gonna be out for your wedding:. They were very quick to call and email me multiple times whenever my retainer was low less than $5000 to get me to re-refurbish additional money so but when it comes to getting things done and meeting timelines that They were nowhere to be found, which was unacceptable read more

Sven Buncher was hired by my daughter to represent her in a highly contentious divorce case. I participated in most of their phone calls, reviewed all emails, helping my daughter during this difficult time. The first sign of Sven's incompetence was in the courthouse when waiting for a hearing with the judge. Instead of waiting for the hearing, Sven signed an agreement with the opposing counsel for temporary child and spousal support which was not only inadequate, he also didn't pay attention that the opposing counsel changed the start date from the agreed date. My daughter and granddaughter lost a whole month of child and spousal support because of his negligence. My daughter's ex violated numerous ATROS (Automatic Temporary Restraining Orders) by using community funds to buy himself a house, canceling my daughter's credit cards, and locking her out of their bank accounts. Despite our repeated requests, Sven made no attempts to freeze assets which is a standard procedure used to protect assets. My daughter challenged the authenticity of her signatures on fraudulent prenuptial agreement documents. Sven damaged my daughter's case beyond repair by signing a legal document agreeing to the prenuptial on my daughter's behalf without her consent. This was not only unacceptable but also illegal. Later Sven even admitted to this error when he was deposed after my daughter fired him for doing this behind her back. Left without a lawyer she had to represent herself until a new lawyer takes over the case. Sven would write unnecessary long-winded, emotional emails and charge for them to rack up legal fees. To summarize, Sven misses filing deadlines, forgets appointments, brushed my daughter and me off when we brought the facts and evidence forthright, signed legally binding contracts without consulting with us, and is totally ineffective in handling complex contentious divorce cases. Bottom line, he didn't care about my daughter's case just his own personal agenda and financial gains. read more

These are great people and I mean great people all the way around. I had a very contentious divorce and a very contentious crazy ex-wife. These people were able to talk to the ex-wife through mediation and get her to come to her senses. Something I can never do in 20 years. We were able to solve the case without going to court through mediation somehow and I have no idea how they did it. So do you guys think I'm happy, absolutely. Obviously I saved hundreds if not thousands of dollars not including all of my time and hassle. Many attorneys purposely make things contentious so they can make more money which means they don't have their clients best interest in mind, I believe this firm truly has their clients best interest in mind. So stop searching the Internet and calling a million people, calm down and go in there and talk to these people and they will put your mind at ease.
