We were in bed, not talking, and no TV or electronics to make noise. Nothing. She insisted. The same clerk, who had a clear language barrier (India) argued with me about the pronunciation of the vehicle I drive as well as the color as she stood typing my registration info. She was cold and unfriendly. Furthermore, I am a combat veteran, and the discount Best Western offered was just $6.00 on a $139 room. That's not a discount, it's an insult. During the 9 hour trip to Gate, we had a grand total of 8 blown tries and several problems on the road. In the late afternoon we realized that we weren't going to be able to make it to the hotel we planned to stay at. We needed somewhere with a big parking lot for all of our hay trailers and the Inn seemed like the best choice. We called Lynda and asked if she would have enough room for 7 people to stay. Not only did she give us 5 hotel rooms, she gave them too us for free since we were with fire relief! We rolled into the hotel at 4 AM after unloading almost 300 round bars of hay. Not only did Lynda get all of our rooms ready for us, she left the keys in the lobby for whenever we got their. Now about the hotel - it's absolutely fabulous! By far the cleanest hotel I have ever set foot in. Huge rooms, great bathrooms and even had a mini fridge for us. The beds were super comfortable as was the couch. By far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. We can never thank these folks enough for their help with our convoy. Without them and their wonderful hotel we would have been in a lot worse shape than we were. I 100% recommend the Inn. You will not be disappointed!!

We brought out three chairs to join the limited seating, but a staff member came out and made us bring them back inside. His explanation was that if he let us, he'd have to let others -- which felt unwelcoming considering we were paying guests just trying to enjoy the space. What made this worse is that the outdoor area wasn't well maintained: there was trash and cigarette butts on the ground, and the cigarette disposal was overflowing. It was disappointing to be told we couldn't make ourselves comfortable in an area that clearly wasn't being cared for by the staff. Overall, not the kind of hospitality or upkeep you'd expect at a hotel.

Plenty of parking, and there's even a Phillips 66 gas station next door with actually very competitive prices. There's no restaurant on property but there are some across the street, and the front desk provides a list of local eateries. Tip: The Bryce Canyon Pines Restaurant - located 4 miles away on route 12 -was an excellent choice. Our king room was spacious, plenty of storage, and 2 sinks in the room. The shower had plenty of hot water and ample water pressure. The toiletries was lemony, citrusy which was pleasant to use. There was even a fridge and microwave in the room. I was quite impressed on the breakfast buffet. They literally had everything you could think of for breakfast, from eggs, sausage AND bacon, waffles, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, fruit, fresh yogurt, yogurt in a cup, juice, cereal, breads, donuts, potatoes, and so much more! Even the coffee was good... not weak at all. There are a few feral cats on property and I was so sad they had to stay out in the cold, huddled under our cars for warmth. Aside from that, it's an excellent location. Staff was friendly, but not overly chatty.

This hotel had one of the best hospitality and customer service. Special thanks to Brent and his staff for taking such good care of me and my significant other during our stay.
