Yes I know it is up to me to ensure the numbers are correct; then why would I go to an accountant?! Their communications were rude and condescending and are in direct conflict with their values stated on their website. Even though they completely admit their fault in this error they refuse to make any monetary compensation available. I will never return to this accounting firm and I hope this message reaches you in time. There are many other accounting options out there, please do not make the same mistake I did.
