She was the nicest sort of person and provided the nicest sort of service. She even let us substitute things, which isn't always readily offered. The food was quick and nice and hot and plentiful. It was SUCH a surprise to be offered such expectedly good service at a Little Chef, and it was certainly above and beyond what we often receive in much much nicer restaurants in London. Hooray!
