When I reached out to the owner to inform her, Marcela, she was apologetic but said they probably ran out of time. I told her I didn't want them to return because they weren't trustworthy and she sent them anyways. They still did not know about cameras and came and did the same thing again. I told her afterwards the place was still dirty. And she said they didn't have enough time but she would bill me more next time to make sure they had time. I did not receive a refund and she acted like she did me a favor by not charging me more for their return. This was a horrible first experience with a cleaning team as we are new to this city. Marcela will be kind but her team does not do work and they are not honest. And when you call it out and have video proof, Marcela will not refund you. Disgraceful.

When I called him back to schedule him, I had questions about the quote he emailed me because it didn't resemble the work or quote he verbally gave me (I made copious notes when he came out to bid the job). He said he wouldn't be able to perform some of the work that he said he could when he first quoted me because his insurance wouldn't cover it.
