On the appointed day two neatly dressed young men showed up. They followed my instructions to the letter. They really cleaned the house. This company provided the best cleaning experience I've ever had. We'd recently moved into our house, and I thought it was clean then, but the difference between "just okay" and "super sparkly" became very obvious once the crew was done with the place. They were very thorough and left the house looking brand new. The owner is very hands on and keeps in contact to make sure that you're satisfied with the job his people have done. The Butler Did It cleans for the company i work for and does an excellent job, and if ever I have a complaint I tell the owner and he resolves it within 24 hrs. My only complaints were in the first few weeks when they were getting used to our offices and the many nuances involved. They are licensed and insured, which removes any concerns about someone huring themselves on the property. They really pass the white glove test. read more

The butler did NOT do it. Poor communication. Disconnected management. Expensive. Request was made at time of initial assessment appointment to be certain to perform 3 specific tasks, plus general cleaning. Only one of those 3 was ever done, and it was done quite well and miraculously, thank you! A different person on our side than the original appointment setter met crew on day of and reiterated specific room that was most important to get first and fully done (2nd of 3 specific tasks) before focusing on any other aspects, while also referencing that any instructions received at the time of setting the appointment were of prime importance. That specific room was then oddly the last to get cleaned, and many items of that room's cleaning (drawer fronts, tops, insides, etc) were filthy - less than mediocre cleaning - outright untouched (because they left it for last when out of time, which we said not to do?), while other areas of the house which The Butler was specifically told were not to be done until that first room was done, were mysteriously cleaned. In fairness, a couple of difficult dirty, grimy, built-up elements in that last-to-get-cleaned room (that we asked to get cleaned before anything else was done) were cleaned very well. Bizarrely, one member of the small crew was meandering around cleaning up cobwebs in other rooms for hours, but in the one room that was indicated as most important and to finish first, it was left WITH cobwebs (what?). Finally the 3rd main task that was clearly specified at main appointment was never done. Other miscellaneous cleaning was done in its place. Extremely disappointed. Loss of time, planning and money. We had to hire another crew to clean up after The Butler! Appointment instructions were not followed. Tried to meet them 2 subsequent days to point out issue of the 3rd task, but The Butler was a repeat no-show and then we moved out. They claim to have showed up after we turned possession of home over to others and tried to charge us additional money for that third task that was never done (and was agreed to be part of the first job and one of three primary tasks before any other work to be done). Did not deliver on promises. Do not use. Highly not recommended. read more
