They corner unsuspecting customers, block the isles and never seem to be doing anything constructive. It's a great store that provides a wonderful service to both locals and visitors and it's too bad the actions of some of the volunteers detract from what would otherwise be a very positive experience. To be fair, there is a delightful young lady who's super friendly, helpful, and always busy, and the manager (Josephine?) is a wealth of information, extremely dedicated and helpful. I've gotten to the point that if neither of them are working I won't go in the store.
