The payment screen offered a 20%, 25%, or 30% tips option, with 25% already pre selected which could not be changed by the customer. The custom tip option was reportedly broken, as was the no tip option. When I explained I couldn't change it, she asked, "What do you want to change it to, no tip?" Nothing says hospitality quite like turning gratuity into a hostage negotiation. ‍ Finally, I visited the ladies' room before leaving. It is in desperate need of a deep cleaning, sticky grease laden doors, sticky soap dispenser, and no toilet paper in my stall, thank goodness I brought a friend that could bring TP from her stall. We encountered an employee who had a horrible attitude, and the way she spoke to customers was incredibly negative and off-putting. We would love to keep coming back--and we want to join the club--but this experience left us doubting if we will return.
